I am pleased to announce that their governments have accepted the U.S. proposal to end the devastating conflict between Israel and Hezbollah." He also says, "Under the deal reached today, effective at 4:00am tomorrow local time, the fighting across the Lebanese-Israeli border will end. Will end. @ lebanon and israel making the deal themselves. Which they did. Biden ‘got off the phone with netanyahu’ who told him it happened. He did not say he had anything at all to do with the decision.
