Thanks, I installed the MTR Creations pack, you have to extract the folder, and then add the resource pack to Minecraft like a normal resource pack. Maybe the vehicles don't spawn because the siding isn't long enough. Add me to discord if you still not sure: FlaminDoritoesMC#6083
