As little girls, we'd enjoy the horse carousel,
giggling with glee, our worries would dispel,
the wooden horses, up and down they'd go,
carefree moments, a lifetime ago.
But now we're grown, the world's a different place,
complaints and worries, they've taken our space,
if only we could find that childlike cheer,
positivity's the key, success is near.
The carousel of life has taken a turn,
challenges arise, and our spirits yearn,
for the simple joys we once knew so well,
when happiness was ours, a tale to tell.
