I for one thought that job stealing joke was funny 😄
me too.!!!! 🤣
I still laugh every time he tells it
I to think know it was funny
It was!
I have a weird personality. I don't laugh. Like pro & semi-pro standup comics, I tend to turn to whoever's there and say, "That's funny." I think Im on some kind of spectrum. Not autism per se. Maybe the Buzzkill Index.
I don’t know about stealing the show!! But hey man, it was a great pleasure! I’ve been wanting to jam together since all those years ago at Ocean Blues (R.I.P) and Im so glad we finally got to do so. I love the last three minutes,
I felt like we really found the groove and it showed some great potential. Would love to do it again. Hope you’re doing great! Keep on rockin Rockstar!
Great job!
You are a natural. That was fantastic.
I agree that the ending was getting really fun. I wish it didn't end haha
That was sick af ! bravo
Awsome
I love how Dovydas gets as much pleasure from his guests playing as we do. Thank you for this wonderful music gentlemen. 🙏🏼🇬🇧
Absolutely.
That’s what jammin is all about
@@bigredfred33 Absolutely. It's not about compitition with a Jam Session but the love of music.
These impromptu sessions are what separates you from the rest, Dovydas! 💯💪
Aren't they _all_ impromptu?
Not impromtu at all ,great musicians but its all rehersed ,lots of noodeling
@@flamingseven8447 So you're saying the only way for two guys to play solos over a drum beat is if they rehearse it first?
@@guitaro5000 Not at all ,the guyin black just comes across as a bad acter , but like a said a fair guitar player
There are so many unknown musicians out there that play such great music.....
"Exactly.". ..✔️💯♥️
So very true @@!!
Not as many as before the social media platform
I see so many on you tube now
Gustav and his guitar are spectacular! This was so fun! Would love to hear you both together again… Fabulous! 👏🏻👏🏻Happy 10th anniversary! 💜💜
Gustav be shreddin on bis jazz box sick arpeggios for days.
Gustav !! Blues are in you.)) Much appreciate the duo's gentlemen.
Both of those instruments sound AMAZING❣️
Awesome sounds terrific love seeing a friendly talented banter between two guitarists looks like you two was having lots of fun
...yet Both artists participated in the One-up challenge!
@@CCClint No question about that. I wished the guest would have slowed it down on a few rounds and did some question and answering a little more. Of course as casual as his approach was, you know his heart was pounding and getting ready for those runs. Definitely not an intermediate guitarist that for sure. That was great. He's not going to take that American's job !!
What a beautiful session..as a musician and an accordion player i enjoyed this a lot.....cheers from Bulgaria
W
Dovydas……you’re a class act my friend!
It is wonderful to see the two of you enjoying each other's contribution 🇬🇧
God Bless Lithuania and Slava Unraine 🇬🇧
Two totally different styles, but slowly they became one, just like a true love afair. That was a real jam, and I loved it all.
Absolutely amazing......I love when he jams with anyone and makes music out the air ....
The vibes and the smiles
Are Contagious
🔥🔥🫶🏻🔥🔥🤩🔥
Amazing work! Dovydas, you are so generous with your talent and skills. I wish you the best success. I really enjoyed your stuff with max as well.
This guy can play ! Loved his jazz influenced playing !!! You 2 together were great ! BRAVO
This man is filled with never ending talent, and he always seems to find someone in the audience with the same. Bravos, and thank you for sharing your time and talent with us!, for you are special and blessed!😊😊😊😊😊
Still watching you Davydos! Keep it up! You signed my Klon on St. Armand’s, thanks again!!!
Another great session dueling.
Dude...beyond amazing! There you are with folks and dogs in the park playing a flawless duet. The kind of music that should be pulling down the big bucks on stage. The two of you should hit it big time.
It has that “jazzy “sound 😎
I have been playing guitar since 1977...I am 59 years ago and every morning I have my cup of coffee and play my 76 Telecaster Deluxe and love it. I don't come close to your caliber of playing but I see that you love playing too. Keep going..❤ Wade Welch from Alberta Canada
I’m so glad I found your channel. Great performance ❤
Wonderful to hear such great music being performed. I wish I was there live. Maybe one day I'll see you here in Houston, TX
He says it's March but the upload says 50 minutes ago. Beautiful guitars talking. Wish you lived near Rhode island connecticut.would love to sing with you guys
I am surprised there are not hordes of people there to listen to these two. Together they are really good. I hope you all realize how hard to it is to play like they did the pentatonic scales are easy but not at the speed that they run through them. Excellent guys!!!!!!!🙏👏
Omg who is this alien prodigy!? So much rhythm in nothing but shredding 🙏🤟 this was beautiful and I want more!
Gorgeous guitar, great tone and Wow!
An extremely skilled player!
Awesome sweeps and clean tone!!!
Who is this guy?
I agree with others,… There should have been a huge crowd hanging out to listen to the two of you jam! The musicianship you both shared was wicked awesome!
So much fun watching Dovydas and guests! Super fun!
DØVYDAS plays with smoother feels
DØVYDAS, thanks for posting another video for me to enjoy! You could see DØVY was going to love this jam from his expression after Gastav's first run. Couple of guitar berserkers wreaking melodic havoc in St Armand's circle!
People, never forget to GOVERN YOURSELVES ACCODINGLY! .
If you have been following DØVY for more than a minute you know that line is a gift from Sarasota that keeps on giving.
😂yes Govern yourselves accordingly😂
It is amazing how many ppl can play so beautifully and much better than the pros sometimes, loved it
Love love how instruments speak with the help of us. Every emotion.
I just binge watched every video I could in a 4 hour window and I am memorized how you can learn songs so quickly... I grew up with friends using synthesizers and other equipment and you just ease through it. Love how you engage with people and invite other musicians to play. Love the creativity. I love St Armand's Circle I grew up visiting the area... my grandparents were snowbirds from Canada so Bradenton/Sarasota is like a second home to me. This was a really cool jam guys! Keep up the awesome entertainment! Much love
Love, love, love this JAM! The sounds are incredible!! Thank you both❤❤❤❤
Gustav's sick runs make me crazy!! Virtuoso is an understatement. Finally someone that matches Dovydas's amazing skills. Never thought I'd see it. Yes, the last three minutes are magic, you guys fell into the same exact groove, just beautiful. One complimented the other. You played with each other not against each other. I'm a bit shocked. That was nothing short of brilliant. I got that for free!
This makes me not want to play anymore and work harder at the same time, fukin awesome, ill work harder.
Sweet!
He's not just a Ham, he's a hole Hog .
Brings hamming up to a hole new level.
Everyone has their own creative feel for what they call home. Gustave is clearly very talented and it's really fun to watch these two mesh their styles! At some points I see Dovy actually trying to emulate Gustaves style with some of the muted riffs. You can tell these two are as professional and respectful as they come. Just a good ol fashion public jam session!!! Very raw! But definitely finding their way home too!!! Very cool!
Dang fellas ripped the bejesus out of that ! Makes a guy wanna just KEEP trying ! Bravo. for going for it !
You guys did magic. You should keep jamming and creating content together. 🤩
Man, imagine walking around and witnessing a crossroads level guitar battle but much better lol, effing great man!!!!!!
Wow👍🏾🤳《☆》Nice Jam Guys🍺🍺🎸🎸Kool to see a Big Jazz Guitar being Shredded upon✌😎☯️
Great talent, such a pleasure to listen and watch the two of you. Thank you for sharing.
0 dislikes, that's how it goes, you;re awesome man and I;m so happy for you man! You look likE a different person, and it shows in your playing, I haven't seen you this inspired in a while! and damn when that Bose speaker pole fell, I could see your shock , I'd be worried if something that expensive fell too, lucky it was on the grass , phew
Anything is close enough for Jazz!!
So good to see two passionate musicians doing their best thing they enjoy in life the most just playing their instruments and enjoying life beautiful peace brothers.
Love when great musicians feed off each other! Please come to New England where you will be appreciated!
Skilled players. From an old guy that doesn’t really matter: there were moments when you guys were making Music together and taking cues off each other’s melodic ideas; and times when you each were practicing your speed arpeggios and scale exercises. I prefer the music. By a whole bunch. I know it was your first time playing together and there is only so much control you can have of these situations, and you are brave and adventurous and you did great.
I don't know where this was filmed, but I'm guessing Southern California where there are so many supremely (and undiscovered) talented people, that we're (I say as a resident of the region) just used to it. What else could explain this fantastic concert with almost no audience?! I swear, if I'd been walking by, I totally would have stopped to enjoy!
florida
Nice jamming, love the harmonies!
that look on dovydas face ..... priceless
Labadien Dovydas....following you for a while now. Your talent amazes me but your humour about 'stealing American Jobs' nailed it completely. Maybe not there in the US, but here in Europa we all cracked up ! All the best for someone who is able to call Lithuania a 'second home land' for at least 15 years now. Keep the videos coming....
This is the coolest jam with another DovyDas ,Ive seen so far🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉love this impromptu ❤
They are both amazing, but the guy in the red shirt took it to a whole new level. Awesome
We're just knocked out. We heard about the sell out.
You gotta get an album out,
You owe it to the people. We're so happy we can hardly count.
Guests often are wonderful even spectacular; however Dovydas sets it up. i don't know music but his "mixing" of symbols, drums, etc" this is his perfection, and add to that an exceptional guitarist, and oh by the way he can sing. I love his guests but he is the KEY to the lock
Dovydas is incredible playing any kinda music genre. Just name it: Blues; pop,; pop-rock,: R&B, gospel: country; heavy metal: electric dance; folk music from various countries (he's just as fluent in Russian as he is in Lithuanian and English); and more. To me, Dovydas sometimes sounds better than the original hit song. He changes his voice for the composition, and it's naturally aesthetic. Yeah, he plays a mean harmonica, keyboard, drums, guitar, and more to perfection. The man has impeccable timing, and is superbly skilled in synchronizing it all while composing on the spot with his equipment. He makes it all so smooth, that it all seems easy, yet how many of us can do all this (and impromptu) at this level? The man went thru hell for ten years in an abusive relationship, and lost a dear immensely talented band member/ friend (RIP Allan Cook), yet he had that rare gift to entertain thousands; making us laugh, cry and smile from his humor and amazing music. We're blessed to hear and watch this man perform.
"...oh I was thinking you could bring YOUR guitar." 😆😅🤣😂😁
That jam turned up really good guys!
Much love from Manchester UK. Just love the impromptu shows. Great vids all around. Wonderful listening!
manchester here too. i'd love to fly dovy over just to play for us!
11:48 my mind popped hahaha
so many good vibes and high level guitar play ! i love it
I feel like I just watched a real life "devil went down to Georgia"...amazing!
3am cant sleep , got up to smoke a joint , found this to dj my wake n bake ... thanks ❤
Love it ..Keeping it real!! Cheers!;-)!!!!
Yiu two are on a level most will never reach and who the hell was that guy just amazing
You guys are truly awesome! Thank you! Papa Bob in MO.
Ah, Lithuania! Isn't that where they grow the lithium trees and harvest them to make batteries?😅
Some pretty tasteful and classy licks there fellas. Nice improv.
bravo..u guys are great
soloist & makes the blues really alive.. awesome.
INSTANTLY subscribed after hearing you guys jam. Awesome vibes.
Two incredible musicians going at it. Those lucky people wow!!! This is an amazing video
That was amazing!
Sitting here having a cold beer late at night, and I discover this…. WOW!
Another Dovy does his thang for not knowing what they were going too do..they did it well…Fort Worth TeXas here and man y’all nailed it! I remember being your 60th follower and look at you now!..dude 1.5 mill…good to see this. And of coarse can’t never leave out the better half..your videoagrapher!
I luv it, it is like two guitars have a conversation and
the humans are just the instruments. I melt in spirit
Both of these guys are awesome- impressive with their guitar skills.
Always enjoy your videos. Hope to see One Day as I have Moved to Florida
wow - you both should be in a great band. jimy hendrix would be very delighted😍💫👍
Absolutely beautiful, wonderful, and True Bliss! God Bless you Great Musical Ones
Im quite fascinated by the sound its amazingly clear
Very awesome 👍
Awesome! Dueling Guitars. Love DOVYDAS!
Awesome shredding gustav & dovydas
Another {work/play} by good musicians ...APPLAUS keep it goin Dovy
Dovydas and Gustav playing together, winging it the whole way, was to me way beyond "good", but maybe the "understatement of good" was for effect, Briarz. :)
@@jerryrivers4256 it was, but am a big fan of Dovy, like what he's done with so little, he is talented." Winged it"meaning that on short notice and by talent to make it work, not like there was plenty of time to practice , far as I know, and good means good
Your videos are always fresh, you never know what to expect!
I wish I could NEO the heck out of both guitarist's abilities. I can't solo yet.
And the dude pulls out a Hagstrom!! 😍😍😍
Awesome! Such great music. So much talent! Thank you for this amazing playing!
I sent this to my son and daughter in Thailand, Knotts plays also
The guest dude is like a descendant of 🕊Shawn Lane🕊or something?WOW! Awesome jam guys❤🎸
What a beauty, a great talk between guitars, mostly gossips!...
This makes me miss making music so much. Haven’t been able to get back into it for a few years 😢
Me too. Health issues & gigged for 30 years continuously... I'm a lead vocalist now learning guitar... have a youtube channel with a few live recordings and some movie videos with vocals.... Best to you... find a way to keep it alive😊🎉❤
Life happened to me back in mid eighties and I also stopped playing. My '82 Rich Bich was stolen and my amp was lent out never to return. Fast forward to 2019. I fell off a utility pole from 25ft onto a boulder and am now labeled Disabled. The few bucks I got from insurance went into a couple nice electric guitars , an amp and a few accessories and I dove back in. The more I study the more I realize how much I was winging and little I knew. Well, my dreams of playing Madison Square Garden left me 40yrs ago. I am really enjoying the instrument and so happy I am still able to hold that guitar. What a gift music is in our lives. I hope you can get back to your music
johnmaley3020 !
Nobody steals your job if you’re good at it!
if it was 1967 and these guys were in Topanga, SFO, or London, different story, they'd be playing reunion tours by now.
Sounds like Frank Zappa jamming with Alvin Lee. Good job boys!
Wow just wow!
It's good to hear two musicians inspired,
