If you want to know the upgrades of the PRO vs MAX, here you go: - Module has 160 more sound samples
- Rack uses better screws - Rack is bigger - Rack is more sturdy - 10" Chokeable Ride and Chokeable Crash Cymbal - 8" Dual Zone Tom Pads (from the 8" Single Zone Tom Pads, though the Alesis Nitro Max Module allows a rim sound on Tom 1-4) - Same snare but deeper - 8" Mesh Drum Tower (from the 6" Drum Tower)
Thanks for the great review! 👍Unfortunately, in Germany, where I live, this drum set now costs significantly more - 799€ (870$). Does anyone know which E-Kit is better: Alesis Nitro PRO or Roland TD-07DMK?
Oh, right, buddy. I used to think that instruments and electronics in Germany wouldn’t be too expensive, but I was wrong. Lately, I’ve been following the prices of some products there, and I can see it’s not easy for our hobby either.
I wish I could have afforded either of these though I'd prefer the pro kit if I had the choice, maybe someday in the distant future I'll be able to afford one and continue drumming
I am looking to buy the best bang for my buck for my daughter. How would you compare the simmons titan 70 to the alesis Nitro PRO? I heard the simmons rack comes pre-built but if that's the only thing that is better, I will go with the pro.
@@ln455 Personally, I would go for the Alesis Nitro Pro. Although the Simmons Titan 70 comes with 4 toms and 4 cymbals. The Alesis Nitro Pro can be expanded using the expansion kit of Nitro Mesh or Nitro Max (if they won't make one for Pro). You also get 90 days of Drumeo, Free BFD player, and a Dark Mahogany Pack (which usually is a paid kit sound pack) for free included. Both kits have pretty big racks so either kit can be played throughout your drumming adventure. PS: Building a drum rack is pretty simple, it took me 3-4 hour without prior knowledge by myself. Just search a tutorial on RUclips.
Hello! I'm looking for a beginner electronic drum set for my daughter. I also have a personal motive-back in high school, I was a drummer in a rock band, even though my playing wasn't that great. I believe it's always worth investing in something meaningful. :) If you've already purchased one of the models, I would really appreciate it if you could share your thoughts! :)
@@bingdai5781 I've bought the Alesis Nitro Max myself and I have to say it's a really good kit for beginners though the one problem I encountered was that the rack and snare holder was not that sturdy and if you are a tall person or want to use the same kit as you grow you definitely will need to buy furniture risers or anything that can rise the kit. Though this apparently was fixed with the Nitro Pro's bigger and more sturdy rack. Hope this helps!
I have the Nitro Max, but I’m selling it-just bought the pro. The rack is so flimsy and small on the Max. Worth the $200 JUST for that. I ended up going to Home Depot and getting some PVC and gorilla taping pieces to the bottom to raise it by 3 inches and it still wasn’t high enough. For me at least.
PSA - Double kick works just fine with the Nitro Max
haha came to write this too
Do you think it’s worth paying the extra $200 for the pro?

Toms could have been 10 inches
Snare 12 ,
Crash hats and ride 12 inches or could've added a 2nd crash
Wow I have to try that Nitro kit! Awesome thanks.
They could have made the cymbals a bit larger for the extra 200
That and the Floor Tom could’ve been 10” as well
@@ChrissyDrumz-yy7po yeah exactly man! I’m still gonna try one and see my thoughts soon tho
That’s Nice Alesis E Kit Bro!!!
So good!!! 🥁💜
I would very much like to hear your opinion on the Nitro Pro Vs the Simmons Titan 70. Thanks

How humble Casey is mentioning himself as the least talented players among the Drumeo guys
can you use the alesis nitro max expansion kit on the nitro pro?
From Thailand, when I was a child, I watched you every day 12 years ago and you were my idol.😊
4 cymbals and a better HH pedal and we might have a game changer
I wish I could have afforded either of these though I'd prefer the pro kit if I had the choice, maybe someday in the distant future I'll be able to afford one and continue drumming
praise be to dialaduck

This is the elephant in the room.. sure a video will come out soon. Simmons will have to retaliate some how..

Wow ❤
i wish i can have that one .
Here in the Netherlands it sells for €799 at the moment so almost twice the price of the nitro max. Not worth it 😂
Seems like the nitro pro is pretty similar to the crimson se 2 kit.

i would like to see that DIY upgrade you made to the Nitro max. (I'm 6' 4'' and thinking to do same)
I need a real high hat. 😅
Make an affordable kit with 8” 10” and 12” Toms a 12” Snare and 8” kick🥁 10” Crash 12” Ride 10” Hi Hat
Alesis cranking out new kits while being radio silent on the Strata 🤔
No proper hi-hat? Come on, Alexis... At this point, we might as well change the Nitro Max rack
The fact that the hihat doesn't open and close in a natural way totally sucks.
So sad this costs 800 euros in Europe ( 880 dollars )... If it was 599 euros i could buy it for my first drum kit to train! But 800 = ouch!
@Coop3drumm3r can you try the Roland vad506
