Somethings i would like to clarify: In 3.24 Aisling unveil is itemized and is called veiled orb and hillock no longer grants any quality crafts so using perfect fossils are mandatory to attain above 20% quality. If u dont do it you will have to corrupt your item to go above 20% quality by using beast crafts or tainted currency. WARNING: If you fill all your suffixes during STEP 8: , your only options are YOLO Annul or using a hinekora lock( assuming it still exists in game).
That's a useless weapon bro, I don't think you have played bleed bow lately. I am saying this cause the snipe/puncture has a cap and you can reach that way easier, making this bow useless.
i know that, i never said this craft is for puncture/snipe. Its usage is completely upto the player , i showed just a way to craft. Anyways i bet necropolis is gonna have better crafting options.

why did the annul always hit the exalted mod? Isnt it random? Why never one of the phys mods?
Annul respects cannot roll attack modifiers craft meta mod, so it only removes the unwanted mod which are non attack.
may I ask that why the base is citadel bow for this build?
