People are always ready to judge you but just because they judged you ,doesn't mean you should stop. Such an amazing idea and really an amazing individual who is so worried about our environment. I will definitely visit your amazing juice parlour when I come to Bangalore.
Most of these food scraps can go in the worm bin. There are bins specifically made for the worms wherein you can put most of your food scraps. The worm casting and worm wee would be amazing if you have a fruit or vege patch. If all the hotel owners and fruit juice owners could use their food waste like you by giving it to cows and other animals. That would be amazing. Well Done Raja and Anuj Ramatri!🙏

Whi not use glasses for serving juice which solves the problem of plastic and paper cups garbage he was generating before. After serving juice in fruit shell, it serves animal feed which he could have done before also when he was using plastic cups.
Yeah... he could have used Steel/Glasses , fruit shells won't work on takeaways so he still must be generating waste.. also Guava doesn't have any shell, it's all fruit, so he wasn't using the fruits fully
