Tour of DHA III (Serene City) Islamabad - Latest Updates...

No doubt DHA is the largest housing society in Pakistan. People tend to invest particularly in DHA either in Islamabad, Karachi, or Lahore.
DHA is a secure and fully gated society in Pakistan. This society is usually for high-class and rich people as the prices of plots and houses are extremely high. A lower or middle-class family cannot think of buying a house in DHA.
This is an approved society and there is no panic about losing the plot etc. after purchase.
In this video, I made a tour in my car covering 90% of the society with latest updates. This society is however 30% developed so far and the construction of houses mainly Kanal houses is on the rise. However, there are limited 5-marla plots and houses are also available on cash payment. Please watch the full video for more details
