absolutely loving seeing the growth and change in this city. its refreshing to jump in mid-development instead of having to join a series at the beginning and follow it all the way through - you make me want to come back to see every update.
Holy heck! I had been following you on Reddit for a while and finally got around to watching your videos! I am absolutely in love with this channel and your videos. Such amazing work and so inspiring! I cannot wait for the next one!
Sometimes if i have a block that is 5 deep i will zone 2 cells on each side then run an alley through the middle after. Cars and garbage trucks will actually drive up the alley to the back of the 2 unit row homes and mixed use buildings which is pretty cool. Although this means theres a lot less green space. 19:30
Not sure if you have picked up on it yet but your Prime Real Estate would have a pollution issue like the land towards North Park. As for a name for North Development, a good place holder until something better comes up would be North Woods or Northwood. As its adjacent to North Park and it was covered by woods before it was developed.
@@SunnyScunny Well it all isn't going to be so there is probably a bit you could call prime :) Will give you a chance to think about what can go in there instead. To me it seems like a great spot to extend the tram the other side of the office/industrial parks to the BRT and move your university to the polluted area by the river. One side can be served by the tram and the other by a new bus route that comes off the BRT heads toward the river and then to the Uni. The green square in North Park down to the BRT could be developed with parks and other open space to make it look like a municipal gardens/common (fitting with the name North Park) and then closer to the North Development move both the Medical and industrial universities over. Then a bus hub served by a bus only spur off the BRT/highway. With a new college and a highschool between that and North Dev. Pollution totally covered. The land vacated by the university, med uni, and ind uni could be redeveloped as small high density areas. Under the guise of being a urban renewal project.
@@davidchester1612, sounds like an ambitious plan! With the universities already at max capacity, building a new one and adding a beautiful garden would be ideal
Could you make an area that is could be reach by train? I am kinda obsessed with train in city skylines and wanted see crazy railway of train that could reach every corner😂
Thank you! I don't have one yet but I have a long-running thread on the official CS Discord that has a bunch of screenshots going back to the city's inception, search 'Middlesfjord'
@@SunnyScunny I'd recommend making your own since it's a little weird not to do so also having a discord server turns viewers into fans of your channel, especially that you are a small content creator

Thanks Mr Moose! It was Reddittors who encouraged me to create videos. Love your streams 💕
Bro I absolutely LOVE your style of CS2 content. I’m glad I found you, keep up the amazing videos!
Loving your videos so far! A name for the northern development could be Northglade or Nordglade because of the open fields amongst those trees.
This is great stuff, but considering the density wouldn't it make sense to divert the BRT off the main road and through the new suburb?
Thanks! A new bus route that circles the neighborhood could prove useful, once it's more developed
Your city is insanely beautiful
Your city is so beautiful, I love it! 🙂

My toxic trait is thinking I'll play the game with the same level of detail, attention, and strategy.
Your city is so beautiful!!!! makes me wanna reconsider playing again!
so cool!

Good spot! Using the term 'prime' for polluted land might have been a bit too optimistic
