Oh my that material is so beautiful ! I had got noreena jasper in the past and loved it. But yours beats mine by a long shot, amazing looking !!

@upnorthadventureswithccc I've seen pictures of noreena but that's it. This was a really good piece but it does have fractures. Thanks for watching.

Serious flaming fun video! You don't see that sulfur yellow contrast with the red and white often. Would love to see what you do with the slabs. The slabs without the headbanging yellow look amazingly similar to Wonderstone from Nevada. Great material! Yellow Lightning like you found painted on 60's muscle cars!

@RickSmith-kp3sy yes there's quite a contrast fron piece to piece, bad thing is it fractures easy so a lot needs to be stabilized.

An encouraging result after this division is very good 👍❤️

@flinteastwood7179 possibly, it has a lot of fractures and would need stabilizing but then yes.

@@Wisconsinrockstalker most jaspers need heat treatment in order to be knapped, I'm not set up for that and I don't think you can fix fractures in lithic materials.

@flinteastwood7179 ya I'm not sure either but I do use opticon on small pieces and it seems to help
