@@philippeadriaenssen1122 Lazy Jay is a beast and provided a banger of an instrumental and is credited as such but this dude was talking about the words (lyrics) provided by Miss Banks. Said lyrics are much filthier than most songs that achieve popularity and part of the reason is most people dont realise what half of what she is saying means. This is such a banger though, have to reiterate that.

The way she embodies the very essence of 90’s house music is special to me. Her talent and creativity are unmatched. You also can’t deny her stage presence, I had the absolute honor of seeing her live in a very small venue with very little people and her energy carried through just as it does in this video. Praying for a major comeback because despite everything, she deserves it

I was there that year. I went with my friend who was huge fan. I had only heard of her at that point but had not heard her music. Her set is still to this day one of the sets imprinted in my mind and I went to this festival for 7 years and saw a ton of people of all genres. Just such fun set and her performance was just full of energy!
