The "accident" part was a joke. But I genuinely think the price of it is ridiculous. I don't quite understand, so I thought I'd take the piss out of the game, and mobile apps in general for how easy it is to spend money and get nothing in return.
I figured the whole "salt distraction" thing HAD to be staged (Himalayan salt vs regular salt? Really? XD), but holy HELL James! There were cheaper ways to make a point about the macrotransactions! Although I guess spending almost $100 bucks on a bedroom set is the best way to hammer said point home. . . I'm assuming you budgeted for it, but still -- ooooouch. And it really just highlights how "meh" this game is. Socializing doesn't look particularly fun, it's hard to understand what all the little symbols mean, and it's not very well animated. Hmph. Again, I think I'll stick with regular (and cheaper!) Sims.

I really dont like how the Sims always just teleport to the next action, looks like a bug or glitch but it happens so often that it looks like its deliberate.
They were probably too lazy to fix the glitch, so they just left it as a "feature." It reminds me of how Sims 4 resets the entire household a lot... or at least it did in the free trial. I uninstalled it after the first few hours, and went back to playing Sims 3... only to find all my settings had been reset to default, as if Sims 4 wanted to give me one final middle-finger.
File a claim it was done by accident and get your money back, even if you did do it intentionally xD 90$ for a small selection of base game furniture is ridiculous

If I spent $90 on a freaking mobile game I would expect every single thing in the game to be available. And you can only use the items once before having to fork out MORE money??? Unfortunately it’s the way of mobile games. Look at any free to play game. Even candy crush had 200$ packs that weren’t worth shit. All of them do. If you’re addicted and have poor self control then they get your money.

When you are on the friendly option scroll down to the bottom and it says something like more options. Click the flirty one and start an event (You can only woohoo at the lover level ) Also blue squiggly thingys go towards getting a higher level. You can check what level you are at the top left corner

When you are socialising with a sim, after you click on the sim you're talking to you can scroll way down the bottom for more options. When selected you can choose flirty options... Then you can build a romantic relationship and woohoo. Not sure if you still needed to know or cared but yeah... That's what you do 😊
