Right now, marksmen crest is getting a buff this coming patch, if u think u can scale and get tons of takedowns, u can go ortus. But that really isn't preferred anymore. Marksmen looks super good right now. Only TB truly could use ortus really well when building pen build. Overall marksmen provides more utility while assassin provides damage scaling but is riskier
When would you choose Assassin crest over marksman? Is there a certain line up you’d choose it over the latter?

Been away from pred for a couple of months. Is Stormbreaker basically required on every adc? Is it that op?
Yup. On hit is the go to build for all carrys. Including grim
