To me, it looks like at night when it’s time to unwind, the kids/everyone in the living area will have close to their own apartment with access to the kitchen, TV, and bathroom, while the parents are confined to their small bedroom. I’d prefer the bunk space in the back while the parents have the fridge/living space access.
I bought this last year and do not regret it. I had to choose between this and the Imagine, but ultimately chose the Cougar. I live and work from home in it full time, moving 4 times a year with the job. This rig is wonderful! It is still standing up to the heat in Texas, which is the main reason that I chose it. I (and everyone else in west Texas) had to use Refectix on any window facing west this summer and I had to use it on that big windshield above the master bed when the temps were reaching 115+ almost every day and the shades needed help to keep the heat out. But the a/c is still going strong. Our winters here can get cold but not for long, so I had no problem then. We don't like the carpeted boxes beside the bed, but they're just nuisances compared to all the good stuff that this has. I had a small wiring problem that took about 30 minutes to fix, I used gorilla glue to fix a small bit of trim that was loose, and bought room darkening/insulating curtains from WalMart and attached them to the back of the "privacy curtain" around the bunks. That is all I've had to do so far and I know I've been lucky. This is my first Cougar and I'm still impressed. I have a 3/4 ton truck to tow, and that's what I would recommend. It really handles the winds and hilly/mountainous regions.
Really appreciate how thorough you are with your videos. It has really made shopping for the right camper easier because there is no guess work with cabinets, storage etc. Great Job! We can tell you enjoy what you do.
Id remove or ignore the window next to the entrance and have a wall mounted tv between it and the bunks so I could slide the kitchen over to make the bathroom bigger for as many as this sleeps
I love this version vs the grand design, it offers more interior natural light in the main cabin area and the rear bedroom! I would keep the grand design couch and u shape dinette to maintain the extra seating 👍
Is there a version with out the single bed room or made shorter for walk in/ little toy hauler action and no slide out. Also the double bunk at the top removed and the bottom bunk raised to that middle.
Very interesting RV. with the lower bunk flipped up what are the dimensions of the bike storage space? (h w l) and what are the dimensions of the opening to the rear storage (h w) Thanks
Really nice bunkhouse, I like how they did the bunks. One thing I noticed is that the awning doesn't cover the outdoor kitchen. On our Whitehawk, which is similar, our awning covers the outdoor kitchen but not the front br door. And yeah the spare tire placement is weird lol
23 & new to the RV world. Looking to get into off grid life. I've never been in a rv before, im that new. But I'm wondering. Are these type of rvs sustainable for that? Able to stop anywhere & set up? Or strictly stop & plug up at a camp sites & what not? Or are there specific ones made for off grid living & some for vacation & camping? From my little understanding. I could say, purchase one of these beast, & would have to add more solar panels & add another inverter to power outlets & such for solar, but other then that im not sure of much else or im correct. Water, & plumbing i have no clue
It’s not half ton towable though! I have a 2021 Silverado with 10,000 pound towing capacity with a weigh safe distribution hitch and this thing sways everywhere even with multiple dealerships adjusting the hitch and my self included but my suggestion is don’t do it.
Miles I know you got to explain to us everything but you don't have to show us every nook and cranny boss man you can do that on purpose just give us the logistics and less talking more showing sorry I'm not trying to be rude

Wow, what an awesome family friendly floor plan in this RV! … Enough beds for the whole family and more 😎👍✨
I think a cool option would be for a walled off bunk area with a lil door so it's like a room
❤ wow really nice!! Its absolutely perfect for families!! Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Unique floorplan have not seen before. As to build & maintenance, some great features that should be in many type rv's ... Slainte' ! Cheers !
Love this coach exactly what I have been looking for.

That’s very family friendly ❤️
Yo love your content my favorite video it the ffifth wheel and toy haulers

Great presentation.
Still trying to talk myself into getting an RV. Your videos might do it
I hope they do!
I've seen the Grand design version but I like the dinette theatre seat setup in this better

I really like this one

So I'm curious on. The aluminum frames. I know you pointed out they this one is welded on both sides. Why not all 4 sides and just 2?

I saw you walking on the roof, what’s the weight limit on the roof?
Looked like there's a pin at the spare tire bracket that pulls out to fold the tire down and access the storage.
That is correct

Water, & plumbing i have no clue
Over 2.5 million Americans are vocationally mobile at any given time in the U S
Between Instagram and YTube, do a search for off-grid rvers/off-grid rv. You’ll likely find your “tribe” and the RV you’re looking for.
Deliver to NC?
Nice.
there's a pull pin on the spare and it folds down
I want this trailer but I am in AZ
It’s not half ton towable though!

I don't like the outside access to the bunks, I wouldn't feel secure, particularly if I had kids on those bunks.
Is it a king or queen mattress?
KING!
No theater seats tri fold sofa bed you are camping
Nice fool plain be better if they didn't put the cables on the slide

I hope he doesn't listen to u because some of are new.
