You’re a hurdler. Because of the hurdles we have to pop up sooner. That will translate to 100/200 too. Your flat speed is unmatched within women’s hurdles. Rubbing more 100m will help with the speed in between. With speed tho comes being closer to the hurdles. In hs, we had 4 x150 accelerations for part of our warm up. If it was part of the workout it was as 4x150 30 seconds rest between then 4x300 45 sec rest & 4x10 stadiums with ankle weights and weighted vest. The days I hated most after hills at tcu bc in bs I would be hurdling when the sprint group did them lol
