In FIFA 12 - Virtual Pro Accomplishments, there are tasks that need to be made in order to get gloves packs and some of these tasks means complete a certain amount of percentage for shooting, mental and physical. If you go to Accomplishments and kits you will see Gloves packs unlocks and it will tell you what you need to do in order to unlock them
I just found a great tip for lowering the career expectation from your board. at the last game of the season, litteraly put your worst team on the pitch. generally, I put my youngsters rated around 60. at the begining of the next season, the game calculates your objective based on the last XI (think the screen talk to the press and player tab) and in my case I went from qualify for CL to avoid relagation same for the cup.
@kooldaug What i noticed different are the quick throw ins if someone pass the ball out of bounce the players comes and picks up the ball and throws it in right away before the screen had to black out to reset that type of scenario. Now the player impact is a big thing in this game it takes more skill to get by the defence which i like a lot cuz its more of a challenge to get by the person and helps u become a better player if u can over come getting by the wall.
@Andrews738 yes i showed the whole game play this team but this was the finals so i thought i saved a long game play for the best :D ima edit this video to a champion video of my career coming very soon ;D

@xtreme3xo I agree i thought i was going to get a playstation trophy for the game but i did not :( and this is was played in World Class Settings. I heard u gotta win 4 season to get the Gold Trophy so thats what im doing now.
@jammyjoe11 when i won the league, my salary dramatically increased from 1,2000 million to 4.8 million and it also goes up by how your virtual pro is in form rating.
if this is the last season, why is puyol still playing??!! in mine - before it got deleted- i went 7 seasons and his rating was 72 i gave him some chances to play then he said fuck it, and he quit

Unless your VP retired after the first season, this isn't the end of Career Mode, it's just the end of the first season :P
