For her to think that she'd get a suspended sentence and probation is stupidity.
YOU FAILED TO COMPLETE IT IN 5-6 OTHER STATES/COUNTIES!

I’m so tired of hearing criminals who commit crimes over & over & over again talk about getting SSI….. Why is it that us taxpayers have to pay for these criminals while incarcerated, after yall get out of prison and for these criminals to live as well…. It’s ridiculous these criminals can’t work due to their own thinking process & behavior!!

That's what they call the victim mentality. Insidious criminals.

They can apply for SSI as much as they want . Unless there is a medical reason that is proven ( mental health will not be a reason unless significant. ) they will be denied. And if they see that she is in and out of prison, it will be denied.

@ Yes, but not every case. I watch a lot of these criminal case videos with different judges and it seems to me that a majority of the defendants do not work, abuse the system and continue to commit crimes while us hard working middle class Americans are fitting the bill with our hard earned income. Granted we may see some of that money in tax season but not all of it!! Why is it that people who work hard, do the right things & live life as best as we can are always put last? While people in prison get free education, free medical, free meals so on & so on…. Why is that okay? It’s not & never will be, I just hope that the government could come up with a better solution….

the crazy part is those of us not committing crimes cant get SSI and have legitimate health issues because of these abusers of the system

It seems that she cant stop picking up new cases. Why dont people learn from the very first time in getting in trouble. Id be shaking in my boots if i did something wrong and was facing jail or prison time. You wouldnt have to hit me over the head twice to learn my lesson.

She is the last judge I would want to face as a defendant . She is pretty much what you would call a “hanging judge”

The defense attorney is not very articulate. It doesn’t have anything to do with his accent, he just doesn’t ask question clear and without hesitation. It’s hard to follow him.

Somebody needs to get more practice before they show up for a trial. I have no
confidence in people with language barriers representing anybody in any case at all.

Please go back-to-school Attorney and brush up on your English. Can barely comprehend what you're saying and most of which is vital information pertaining to the case.

Actually it’s just that his accent is quite pronounced. His vocabulary is fine and he passed the Bar exam just like everyone else.

I'm not a criminal. Worst thing I have had is a speeding ticket. I am 49 years old can't hardly see Don't have balance and can't hear. But I cannot get disability.
