Goombella has the exact same thing with her multibink, and practically everyone agrees they accidentally did it

I think theyre the perfect challenge rating frankly. Theyre primarily funny and serve to be a decent enough end of challenge to the Pit after Bonetail. People often forget that TTYD isnt a hard game with even slightly optimized badges

Prince Mush is honestly Mush easier to access than this little guy, so the devs probably held back on Whacka and went all in on my new favorite Mario Prince. Dispite that possible (GAME) theory, I think we were all underwhelmed by the Blue Lump's interpretation of playtime for the first time we saw them.
When I fought this thing two of my partners died and when the whacka attacked me i was scared because he managed to get me to exactly 1 HP! And there was one more whacka bump so i was scared and tried to superguard and it worked. I was so hyped and did one final power bounce winning the fight JUST BARELY!
I just ran charge p, double simplifier, and yoshi kid with power lift (boo sheets to protect him during the setup). I needed just one life mushroom for Mario since I struggled with the supervised timings at first. It took one turn of actively attacking him to achieve victory. All 108 points of health gone in one ground pound.
Just raise your defense as much as possible (defense plus, damage dodge, d-up p-downs, power lift even) and use the charge badge for like, 25 turns, then wait until you hit a super guard and one shot his ass
Hardest battle was prince mush and even that was pretty easy with 1 or 2 life shrooms. Really disappointed that all they added was 2 new bosses. I don’t know why I thought they were gonna make peach a party member, I swore I heard something about that before release.
I'm glad in the remake mush and waka are a thing I never played the original but going in blind into bonetail was a joke I didn't even have a broken build honestly the other floors were harder then the boss itself

It's in the action command tutorial at the very start of the game from frankly. You click B instead of A when guarding. The window to successfully do it is just Way smaller than a normal guard, but it completely nullifies damage

I just beat the shadow queen in my first try I thought it was gonna be hard but ngl I had good items so I was able to defeat her easily I had four ghost cloaks like 10 ultra shrooms 1 shooting stars 1 Mrs softener for badges I had hp plus close call power plus p power plus (Mario) p up d down defend plus (so I can inore the defense downgrade) spike shied and all the good jump badges and I had pretty lucky too and 20 gear and I had boo’s giveing. Me ghost cloaks sometimes

No this does not use Danger or Peril Badges. This is just a few damage badges + the new broken Power Lift.

Multibonk is Goombella's Super Rank ability, to upgrade Party members talk to Merlon next to Frankly's house, make sure you have Shine Sprites.
Honestly, hardest boss for me was Bonetail since I suck ass at superguarding the breaths and I have like 20 hp.
