    @BrotherlyReviews here!
    The easiest way to get that nut loose for the crank pulley is to remove the connectors from the ignition coils, and then wedge the socket with a ratchet between the CV axle, and then crank the engine. It breaks it loose with ease.

    I see your fender liner is ripped on drivers side. On my old base model mine was the same and I stg every time I hit a puddle of standing water my serpentine belt would fall off. Every timeeee!!

      Yeah ahaha I thought it would be a good idea to drive to the mechanics without my bumper and the tires shredded them.

    FYI, a weighted 19mm socket is a must if you wana do this, my 125 psi air compressor couldn't remove the bolt. Put a weighted socket on it was off in no time. Lisle 77080, its $20 or you can rent a tool from an auto parts store

    Bro, how would you say is it wheel hop with the innovative motor and transmission mounts? I'm tryna delete as much wheel hop as possible
    Also, can you try Weighted sockets? People say they have luck with those

    Your not help the crank anymore then you are but I would spend the money to get a fluid damper help with torsional vibration and help with the engine assembly and transmission.

    Quick question when you punch it in whatever gear like my 08 TLS six speed I get on it and shift at 6500 rpm let’s say from 4-5th the clutch pedal gets very firm at first then after I press the clutch in and then again it’s back to normal and it’s been doing this since I bought it and someone told me these cars have a self adjusting pressure plate but does yours do that?

    • @mylesc4227
      @mylesc4227 Год назад +1

      My 07 tl type s 6speed has the same issue, I replaced the clutch, flywheel, throwout bearing etc as well as the slave cylinder since I had the parts on hand already and issue went away. Try replacing the slave cylinder before replacing everything else. That’s might fix it on its own

    • @E85_STI
      @E85_STI Год назад

      @@mylesc4227 thanks for that and yeah I just couldn’t find others with the six speed to ask and I am part of the face book page Acura Tl 3rd gen type s group but most were saying the clutch but the clutch is just fine. Now I have had the clutch master cylinder replaced and they bleed and flushed the fluid but I will try the slave first before

    • @mylesc4227
      @mylesc4227 Год назад

      No problem, like I said I had the exact same issue, no slipping from the clutch just hard pedal when racing and shifting at high rpm had to pump the clutch to soften up, I didn’t touch the master cylinder just the slave. Clutch looked like it still had some good life left in it when I changed it so I’m guessing slave was the issue
