    The Spitzer builing/arcade may be vacant, but it's not an eyesore. What a terrible thing to say about a historic building.

    In the 60s I would go down town with my $3.00 to spend and walk thru the Spitzer building shopping in the lower floor and decide what to buy with Delight.
