- A GIANT SANDWICH CHALLENGE! Today we try the biggest sandwich challenge in the area, and specifically a corned beef sandwich eating challenge AKA Rueben challenge! For todays eating challenge we have 30 minutes to eat a giant beef sandwich eating challenge called "The Heifer" in order to get the $70 meal for free at Mulleady's Irish Pub. The sandwich is on a rye bread with swiss cheese and a Russian dressing along with lots of french fries! Fail, and pay for the beef brisket sandwich equal to twelve of their standard corned beef sandwiches! Now, corned beef if a salt beef brisket also known as salt beef, which is standardly boiled and very popular in Irish cuisine as well as many other European and common wealth countries Vs pastrami which is a similar beef brisket item made famous by lots of Jewish deli's like Katz deli in new york! Here today the beef is braised and made kind of like a pulled pork (not bbq pulled pork) which really brought out a great amount of flavor and spices and a very delicious beef brisket recipe!! Even though this is a beef sandwich this is very different than a steak sandwich / steak challenge (or cheesesteak challenge).. Can we defeat this HUGE food challenge? or will this difficult food challenge beat us?

I'm in the UK and I have never had a Reuben sandwich. I don't know who sells them! Next time I am in the States though, I am getting one. Perhaps a bit smaller than the one Joel is tackling though 😊

Well actually, Seattle is gonna go through our annual 90-120 rainless season. It doesn't rain nearly as much as people think it does. Snows one day a year mainly. And every year it gets hotter and drier.
Edit: And by 90-120, That means absolutely no rain for 3-4 months straight. Just pure heat. For context it's gonna hit near 100 next week.
