U can tell KP genuinely loves being in Boston, a lot of players just say they like being on their team cause they won’t openly say that they want to leave but u can tell at this point In his career KP is tired of losing he just wants to win, and will do anything in his power to help a team win. And I love that KP loves coming into MSG and upsetting Knicks fans. I don’t even know why they hate him so bad😂
I traveled from Oregon to Boston to see Smart's homecoming. I managed to get front row by the visiting tunnel (which was the one the Celtics used during warmups for some reason). I've been a lifelong Celtics fan, and this was my first time visiting the Garden, a huge bucket list item for me, and KP literally seemed more hyped up to be there than even I did.
Knicks fans were disrespectful to Porzingis when they drafted him in 2015 but he was immature at the time now he’s out there making the Knicks fans mad
Don’t forget the Knicks @ that time we’re an absolute trash organization (Steve Mills was the worst GM in nba history running things) & although KP was young then it wasn’t all on him for wanting out. Now the Knick fans are the ones missing Porzingis & they are sounding like the ones that are butt hurt
@@woo_shynen8805 There's a difference between wanting to win a championship more than wanting to be mvp and not caring about being mvp. He still cares and he has said that he cares.
He does, he considers himself the BEST so he does. There is still that kid inside that want to be the MVP of The National Basketball Association BUT to your point it’s not a priority. If he wins a championship than that’s that …. There is nothing anyone can say. Honestly it’s the media pushing him as the mvp more than him.
fr, I was so fine with them sitting KP here and there cuz our starters all capable of taking over games. With KP it feels like we’re unstoppable so we should save him for playoffs
@@woo_shynen8805 Have to strike a balance of resting players and keeping them in the right space for the playoffs. They're 8 games ahead of the East and have one of the easiest schedules remaining. His minutes should probably start to tapper off now.
As a general manager, Brad, most of the time makes great decisions. And that’s what they’re supposed to do for the franchise. Personally, I think this was his best. You can see the fruits of his labor are working. They are playing very well, and they fit in with the Celtic group we already had and they embraced being a Boston Celtics!
The ironic thing about what he says about JT making sacrifices to his game & not chasing MVP.. actually makes him a more valuable player to the team & leads to better team success!

They are mad because he doesn't do it for them! They couldn't wait! Boston is the right situation. Even if we suck as a city.
@@MattSwift1988 😂 I was at that game too. Crazy atmosphere
@@charlesclark9627Boston one of the best cities in the world. Wheather sucks for more than hlf a yr but I love being from here

I love how happy he is to be playing on this team. I also like how everyone gets to eat. Hopefully they roll into the playoffs healthy.
Freakin' Porzingod. Glad we have you in the team. All the way! ☘️
I’m so happy we got this kid. I’ll be honest wasn’t happy at first because media made him seem selfish but this guys great on and off the court.
So glad Porzingis is in Boston! Hope he has a long career in Boston
I dont think Tatum cares about the MVP race anymore. They have been playing like a great team who plays for each other. And thats priceless😊
He definitely cares.
They gonna win the title and then can let Tatum chase MVP.

PORZINGIS MVP
If Kristaps Porzingis stay healthy this season & consistent 2024 playoffs Boston big chance get #18 banner 💪💪💪
Great mentality, KP is a beast
They gonna shut Kp down early before the playoffs.
I loved the way Celtics managed him this year.
I hope so. I want him to stay in rhythm at best, but his minutes need to drastically fall from here on out.

They gonna shut him down at the end of march imo. Would give tillman some decent minutes to find the right chemistry with the squad for the playoffs.

Nothing like playing at MSG,,,,and getting the scrappy win,,, that's Celtic basketball 🏀 🏀🥳
