I got my braces when the lockdown was opened and when I went to school we had to wear masks so half of my classmates had no idea that I had gotten braces😂

Hi dear I also had same case as yours overbite with 4 extractions want to know are you still wearing retainers? Actually I am facing lots of problems with them and do you have a little bit pressure like you had during braces tightening. Are you going to wear them your whole life?
I only wear while i sleep. I will them with me forever yes but i am not sure if i will wear them for life. Pressure is good btw and you’ll notice the difference for yourself when you wear it regularly and when you don't wear it

Are there any disadvantages of ceramic braces over metallic?I want to go with ceramic but I heard a lot of ppl saying metallic ones are better.Please guide😔
I got my desired results through ceremic only and you can see the transformation. Metallic will show on a lot on your teeth but ceramic wont. They both give you results except the ones which are put on the inner side of your teeth which costs more and does not even give proper results. Hope this helped 😊

Need to ask u something . I had extraction too and now the orthodontist had put the chain on the teeth to just nulify the space . But I couldn’t eat from my jaw coz of that . It pains a lot that my jaw are not even able to bite any food from last 10 days. Is it normal ??? Kindly let me knw if u had same issue else i will ask my doctor .

My doct. Gave me retainers only for upper jaw..at it is already 3 months I got rid of my braces....would it create any problem for not having retainers in lower jaw...
Did you have braces on lower ones? And did you ask doctor why no retainers for lower?

I have braces from 4 months now. I also got 4 extraction and it didn't even pain I mean I didn't feel anything all you have to do is follow the instructions given by your orthodontist and you're good to go.❤️

So first of all gums uss time ke like weak feel hote hain coz of the pressure of braces bt nothing happens to them and brush is normal just use the extra sensitive colgate ka nothing happens to brackets they are we very strongly put
Yea yea! It's because of the gums actually jo teeth jaa paa rhe hain because gums he hold krhe hai teeth ko

It will take at least 8 months to see any changes that is your teeth moving inwards :)
How did you manage when the braces hurt inside the cheek and mouth ?
Did your cheeks shrink because of teeth extractions? and now that you've got your braces off do you experience small tongue space or sleep apnea because of the extractions? please reply
Hey yes that is natural to happen, your cheeks shrink and it may give you a good jawline as well. And i didn't experience anything during sleep and there were small tongue spaces but not visible so much :)

I'm having separators now and they are hurting me so bad.
Metal bands will actually put pressure on your teeth which hurts a little for 3-4days

I have also braces . I have started the treatment on 2019 in the month of August and trust me yarr till now there is lot of changes in my teeth. And it will take 6 to 7 months more . If you have also such a types of problems I will strongly recomend you please go for it. It will really make you happy at the end of the treatment. All the best🎈❤

Hey! So this was my concern as well but then my orthodontist just said this one thing to me me ' the best time to get braces is whenever you're ready' :) they even told me that a guy was getting it at 46 so no worries you will get the best results😁

Nope not at all. Slight chance of having a headache and your jaws might pain too but best is you consult your orthodontist.

After getting braces you will just feel little discomfort and you won't be allowed to eat hard food specially bite with front teeth. Rest is all normal, nothing to worry about 😊

No i dont think so. Never happened with me but it should be covered under the total cost only
So inspired by your results..But as my orthodontist also suggested me 4 extractions, iam very nervous that whether it would be right decision ( as have heard about many ill effects of extractions 😣)...Can you please tell at what age u got your extractions and is it safe to go for extractions in your early 20s.

Is ceramic braces r breakable? Plss say dii i m going with ceramic so...and is it not much visible like metal???
Yes it's not my dear. Ceramic are the best in terms of results also and visibility. And they dont break until there's a lot of pressure put on it while eating hard food. But very unlikely even then

Yes yes you can sleep with retainers on. You are only supposed to remove them while eating.

Jo bhi braces lagvane vale hai mai unko batana chahungi ki... Bohot log kehte hai ki it hurts alot, we can't take the pain of braces, to mai batana chahungi ki guys aisa kuch nahi hoga it doesn't hurt alot. It hurts but not that of much pain. Tightening ke bad dard hota hai thoda or starting mai jab hum lagvate hai tab hota hai kyuki hame adat nahi hoti braces ki muh mai alag feel hota hai.... In my experience jab vo spacers(rubber bands putting in our molar teeths to create a space for molar bands) lagate hai tab hi muze jyada dard hua tha khana bhi khane nahi aata but vo 7,8 din hi hota hai... Par overall dard nahi hota trust me...In my experience muze to nahi hua, kuch dino ke bad to feel bhi nahi hota ki hamne braces lagaye hai. Khane ke bare mai batau to I can eat everything but just don't put lot of pressure while bitting baki aap sabkuch kha sakte ho hard food chodkar mai to panipuri bhi khati hu😋😅. Normal hota hai braces itna kuch nahi hai, muze bhi dar laga tha starting mai ki mai kaise dikhu gi,bahar kaise jaaungi,log kaise dekhenge muze, bura dikhega face don't worry about all this shit itna kuch nahi hota hum use to ho jate hai.itne gande bhi nahi dikhte braces so don't worry😊.Or vo jo alsar ho jate hai na jab vo wax dete hai doctors ya fir khud lena padta hai to usse dard nahi hota jyada. At the end of the day braces are worth it, hame acchi smile mil jayegi itne dino se jo hum uncomfortable hote hai vo chala jayega✨,mai to photo bhi nahi nikalti thi... Muze bohot uncomfortable hota tha dat dikhane mai kyuki mere dat bahar the thode jyada nahi par nahi aati thi acchi photo to mai nahi nikalti thi,par ab nikalungi😌. Ye sabke aage kuch dino ka pain kuch bhi nahi hai seh lenge thoda. Muze lagaye huye 5 and half moths huye hai kuch mahine Or.... I just want to tell you don't think about pain just go for it. Extraction ke time hota hoga pain mera nahi hua hai extraction. Jo bhi lena chahte hai treatment or dard ki vajah se nahi le rahe ya kaise dikhega uski vajah se nahi le rahe to I just want to tell them le lo bhai😅 itna mat socho. All the best❤✨👍

Didi my dentist said that he'll remove the 2 upper teeth 1st..and after 5..6 months he will think about the lower one like he will be deciding at that time weather to extract or not..But the other doctor said that I need to get 1 or 2 teeth extracted in lower one to be able to match with the upper alignment so that it will be fixed and do not move forward again...

Sorry for replying late. I believe that you should wait to see if there is an alignment issue or not. So trust the doc who says he will think about it later

Yes go with 1st doc only. If there is no need for lower extraction then it's good to wait. Avoid extraction of teeth during menstruation :)

At a distance the braces arnt so much visible but yes at a closer look they are very much evident. The face shape of course changes but for good! If you don't have a sharp jawline it will definitely enhance that. And thank you so much for appreciating 🙏 do subscribe and support ❤️🤗

Bracket itni asaani si nai tuut ta vaise tum ek bar apne orthodontist ko dikha do please. And agar tumare wire red color ki thi toh ho skta hai nikal ai ho bahar

Absolutely! Jawline is so much better i have dimples now and it's also changing consistently after wearing the retainers also
Some people say braces will weakened the natural strength of my teeth...
I got my braces in the last week of this July only....The doctor put the braces only on upper teeth that's the other thing I am confused about ..he told me that he will put the braces on lower teeth next month , when I asked about it because the major problem was in lower teeths only.well..My question was...Do braces weakened the strength of our teeth???
So you put braces on both to give proper alignment and shape to all of your teeth and not just one area. So coming back to your question it will feel like your gums or teeth are becoming weak because there is so much pressure applied on it and they are not used to it but once the braces are off it all feels normal and logically if you think after endearing so much pain and pressure they should only get stronger 😏😇 remember to take good care of them throughout the treatment though ❤️

My doctor did the same I will get my lower teeth braces after two months and just wanna ask is it compulsory to wear retainers after braces or only those have to wear whos gums are weak I am really confused about this one
No you have to wear it has got very little to do with the gums but retaining the treatment. That's where the name comes from. You gotta wear for 1yr
So after one year it's not required anymore right

Hehe they are used for pain relief and put it for the wire to remain intact. I am not an orthodontist and don't have so much info for a separate video sorry :)

My teeth used to be very white, but it's now less white since 1 month I started braces treatment. Will it again become white when braces will removed?
Well to be very honest here even my teeth was shining white and now i miss that bright white teeth. Although you do get a teeth whitening done after the removal of braces and you can do home remedies later to whiten your teeth.

Braces hatne ke baad khaa skte hain. Retainers vaise bhi remove krke khaana khaate hain. If you are talking about the permanent inner wire toh abhi mai uske exactly nai bata skti maine nai lagwaaye hain vo. But yes jo retainers remove hote hai vo ek saal tk pehnne hote hain and u can eat anything

Didi my orthodontist said that I have to extract teeths which I really don't want...and he said without extraction he can only fix one of my teeth which is moving more forward but I can't get a proper alignment ( my teeth condition is not worse but still not good)....also he said for metal braces it Will cost me 60-65k ..what should I do..??.as I m 19 now so I want to do the treatment asap but I don't want to extract teeths...
Hey! I used to think like you before that i don't want to extract my teeth but when treatment started after that i realise that if i don't extract my teeth it will not give the proper result and also which is not worth of money. I just extract my 3rd tooth today it's totally painless don't worry just go ahead and trust your doctor. My treatment cost 50k.

Teeth extraction is essential because if your teeth is out and it needs to be pushed back where will it go if there is no space to go back haha so don't worry it's important and safe. Ceramic ones are more expensive and better which i got for 60k

Hello! I was 25 + when i got those. And mera exactly yei case tha but neeche ke daant thode se dhang se aligned nai the isliye upar and neeche se extraction and braces on both. It roughly takes 12-18 months for the treatment and after that retainers for one year:)

What should eat and what should not eat
Just avoid hard food and whenever you are biting anything hard do it softly otherwise the brackets can break. Go for more of sabzi and dal. Will keep you filled also and easy to eat

Preferably soft food. Rice braces mein phass jaatein hai bas but khaa skte hai. Avoid popcorn etc

Invisible retainers arnt visible. They don't hurt but if u don't wear them regularly then when u wear thet hurt

Hello!! I actually removed it earlier because the lower ones were taking too much time to align as there was overlapping issues and it was tricky to align them but i wouldn't say perfectly in my case but it didn't bother me at all. My main concern was the upper one. Hope this helped. All the best for your journey 😊😊
Mere abhi 17th ko 4 teeths extract hue and braces 4th ko lge thr upar wle abhi bas.. teeth extraction is literally so bad.. I was fine the first day.. but uske baad it's like we can't even brush properly.. having 4 holes! I am not able to eat anything as I am afraid ki kuch holes mai stuck ho gya to infection ho jayega.. I am still feeling pain in lower right side wla hole.. and I got ulcer there paas mai hi.. this is literally the most painful and most discomforting thing!
Aww yess! It's quite discomforting and painful. But did you get it all removed at once? Mine happened over 3 weeks so there was some recovery time. Usually 3-4 are painful after that the pain subsides :) it's ok. It's bearable all thr best 😍

oh mine is exactly the same case so even i am correcting the lower ones first as i am only concerned about my upper teeth moving forward again in the future. Hence for now i am focusing on keeping the lower intact then my doc said he will suggest what to do about it.

@@DeepakSingh-uz9ri yes yes i will. as it was a part of treatment anyway I don't have to pay extra for it and it is important as well. According to me you should go with what your doc says because otherwise your entire treatment will go waste.

Temporary retainer but i will put the braces wire on my inner teeth that will be permanent :)

I got my braces and two premolars removed today.....not much painful....but I can't close my lips....two more premolars to be removed next week....will it be alright at the end of the treatment?🥺🥺can I have a good smile cuz I never had a good smile.....
Aww yes you will definitely have a beautiful smile. It will all be worth it in the end. Just bear with this time of treatment where u would be conscious of your smile but for your entire lifetime you would be all smiles😍☺️😁

They will irritate you but You'll get used to it. No side effects as such

How did you keep your teeth clean after extraction? I got it extracted today.
Just be very careful while brushing for next 2 days. Don't brush where it got extracted specially if it's bleeding a lot. It will be fine later and you can clean it as usual

I will share it in detail here only. The tightening of the braces is basically replacing the wire with a new one which is more tight as the one already there becomes loose over a period of 1 month or so. This is how the braces functions , the wire is actually responsible for pushing your teeth into proper alignment. Also, everytime you change your wire you will little pain for 2 days because of the high pressure on your teeth and it is advised to eat soft during that time .i hope it answered your query :)
