I've loved that door from the very beginning.
Consider sealing the wood end grain at the top and bottom of dooor,l to keep moisture from swelling wood.
Your vestibule should keep your house much warmer, plus storage. Good improvement!

The door is amazing! But I think something is missing... Don't you think about sealing the wood of the frame and the top and the bottom of the door? Soon there will be snow, rain and the woods must be protected...

Awesome👍😁😁1 more Task complete before winter. You are learing Great skills Deivid, they will serve you well for a long time. Remember you can drill holes to take out material, then clean up with a chisel. 👍I enjoy watching you do all the things i used to do when i was younger building houses with my Dad. We built many big houses, i learned so much. Time passes, life goes by so fast. Im 61 now , my hands are weak and i really miss building things. Enjoy the journey, live in the moment. Building were Great Memories, i look back on with fondness🙏🙏🙏Be blessed.

It's seems very nice to finish the one day, but with untreated wood. It should take one more extra day, to plane and treat the lumber. But it would more future and weatherproof. This kind oh rush seems like an act of Stakhanovite movement.
The door looks like it needs revealing at the bottom. Good job you are really persistent in coming up with solutions.
