I find 60's rock music (The Rolling Stones. The Velvet Underground) sound incredible with the Klean. The guitars sound truly extraordinary on these. I love them so much!
Thank you for your review, I buyed today a pair to see what's all the fuss, for 36.8 usd from the official Hifi-go store is a steal!, and now knowing your opinion of those iems is making me happily hyped for it!
Hello! You are one of the youtubers that I trust the most, especially because I agree with many of the things you say, as well as your rating table. I have the Ziigaat Estrella and I love it because for a not excessive price it is good in areas that interest me such as dynamics, macro/micro detail, layering and in others it is competent. However, I would like to know, taking advantage of the fact that I still have the return window, if you are going to receive any promising product under €500 soon such as a Hype 4, Tea Pro... Regards
Andy, I wish Kefine would've released this some months sooner because I got the Zero Reds as my first IEM. Still, they have a decent sound so it is what it is. Nice Review as usual Andy.
Thanks. between Klean and EW300DSP? Klean of course, as noted in this video, for that price range Klean offers borderline illegal package for such value
Hi, I like your reviews. I'm bored with their bright sounds, I'm curious about their natural and warm timbre, do you think buying a Letshouer S08 for twice the price will double my music taste? The MP145 also retails for $80, which I'm hesitant to do because they're huge. In addition, the SM4 caught my attention with its rave reviews. Which one would be wise to choose?
I have a budget under 400 USD (new or used are all good), my preferred genres are pop, jazz, ballad, rap, and orchestra. I also play fps games on occasion. what should I get if I like vocal, detail retrieval and high quality bass (don't need a lot of bass). Thanks
With that budget there's tons of options really. I have witnessed the upheaval of quality in the last 2 years that itnis hard to find something I consider as bad. But because you asked for recommendations, then I would recommend something I personally like more over the rest, which is LETSHUOER S12 2024 or Rose Technics QTX
if I have 150 budget, should I save money buying this Kefine Klean? I am aiming for simgot SM4, can you give your thought on that? where my money should go? haha thanks Andy!
For now, easy to just get Klean if you are gunning for under $100. Above $100, then it will be tougher because we have something like Hidizs MP145/MP143 which is a superior IEM in every way possible
Perhaps a strange comparison, but how does this compare to the Venture Electronics smt? Is it a comfort vs technicalities trade off when switching from earbud to iem?
SMT being open earbuds will always be more comfortable for hours on end all day long while any insert type IEMs can only be worn between 1-4 hours mostly. Only SIVGA Nightingale I can wear for literal half a day without any discomfort. Sound wise SMT is less colored and more suited for monitoring where accuracy is important. Klean is a bit more geared for energetic, fun and clean sounding
@@AndyAudioVault Thank you for your response! I've dipped myself into the audio rabbit hole a couple of years ago and I wish I had stumbled upon your channel sooner. Really thorough reviews with a lot of work to make it as objective as possible.
May is VDSF tuned and more colored in accordance to Harman styled Subbass focused tuning with suppression on Lower Mids. They are tuned differently. You will like May more if you like Harman styled sound. Klean will be more appealing to those loving traditional V sound curve. I also think that Kefine have slightly better overall resolution vs May
They are tuned differently to serve different preferences. Que is warm, super smooth, Midrange focused and super appealing for those loving natural organic timbre over analytical prowess. S2 offers somewhere in between, and will still be my favorite for under $100 this year for being excellent with Midbass speed and punch, a little bit more analog sounding than Klean. Klean is an all rounder, jack-of all-trade, master-of-none
Wow that's tough. S12 is a magnetic planar and priced way higher, it has faster transient response and a little brighter too, a bit more airy with decays. I haven't tried A4000 so I have no idea. P5 on the other hand is more Bassy emulating Subwoofer sort of experience with more coloration throughout the entire frequency range
I mentioned in this video I will unlikely recommend Delci AE beyond this point onwards because you get the same sort of quality Delci AE offers for less $ from the Klean. They are on the same level of quality
If you are already happy with Delci gaming performance then no point switching to Klean because it will not provide any improvements over what Delci already have
since the shells are metal, it can be assumed that moisture got inside through the sound pipe. try to put a bag of silica gel next to the headphones, which will remove excess water after a while
