    I followed the Keto diet for a while. I felt so damn good on that diet and I think a large part of that was all the whole eggs I was consuming. I lost 60 lbs of almost pure fat in 6 months. I wasn't able to sustain it though. It was such a hard diet to follow because you can't really buy much good ketogenic food that's premade. You have to cook and prep A LOT!!! If I was more disciplined I would be able to do the prep. It was also hard to find meals that were well balanced that didn't take a ton of time to prepare. I would love to see you do "A week of keto meal prep in 1 hour" video even though you don't do keto.

    What's your take on oxalates? The oxalates in vegetable causes inflammation in the gut and many other harmful things to the human body. Spinach and peanuts are high in oxalates. Also leafy greens and vegetables have defence toxins and being a bodybuilder or athlete we eat a lot of foods in one day and that builds up more then the average person. What about fiber blocking nutrient absorption? Also shouldn't we be eating 100% grass fed grass finished meats like red meat? And organic pasture raised eggs to limit the grain consumption. Love your videos and keep up the awesome work🙂

      I just started the big 16 100 percent whole grain sprouted loaded with 16 seeds n grains. Wasn’t much of bread eater but this bread is the best carb I have ever taken. Does not raise blood sugar no bloat and I eat up to 6 7 slices a day. 100 calories per slice , 1 gram of sugar . 6 grams of protein , 17 carbs and whole bunch vitamins and minerals. It’s been. game changer for me . Keep my energy and glycogen levels good.

    Evan I love you. But we can't digest spinach.. 😉Because we don't have the enzymes to break down cellulose.. So yes spinach has plenty of minerals and vitamins. But for humans it is just fiber.. That's why you probably feel better by eating them. Because your diet is somewhat low in fiber due to lack of foods like legumes etc.. So I don't think spinach is something good for us especially because it is LOADED with oxalates that can be a problem for many people..

    • @EvanCentopaniOfficial
      @EvanCentopaniOfficial 2 года назад

      Thank you sir. But it doesn't make sense that you can be harmed by the oxalates but not benefit from other nutrients.

    • @jirihutecka9020
      @jirihutecka9020 2 года назад

      @@EvanCentopaniOfficial It does. The nutrients mainly minerals are bound to oxalates and other anti nutrients like phytic acid etc.. Why you think that plants highest in minerals like kale, buckwheat, spinach, nuts etc.. are also high in oxalates.. Oxalates are defence mechanism of the plant. So it gets into your body easily. Do you know that weird feeling on your teeth when eating spinach? It is oxalates reacting(trying to bind) with minerals of your enemal. That's why it is recommended eating some dairy with high oxalate foods. The calcium from dairy will bind to oxalates in that spinach for example. So it can't do harm in your body.. Like kidney stones for example..
