A Psychiatrist friend of mine once said something that really got me thinking, maybe even overthinking lol. She said, "if you strip everyone of their socioeconomical status, and got down to the bare bones of the human race, you're left with only 2 types of people in the world... The sane and the insane, and there's a very fine line separating the two."

Surprised researchers can't come up with a weekly time-release pill that is given under medical supervision plus possibly the use of an embedded monitor (like a tracking device or bracelet). If they are going to keep releasing these ill people, there needs to be some assurance that the medication is being taken and that it works.
I'm sick of protecting the rights of those with severe mental health conditions and out loose in public versus the rights of potential victims.

And the guy at 40:20 brings up Chase knowing what he was doing as a contradiction for having a mental illness, as if that means he can't have a mental illness when knowing what you're doing, while those 2 things are separate. The factual version in on real responders.

This plot seems a bit like the Silence of the Lambs Lector Movie Series where he confronts the FBI with looks of saving them in many ways, as the woman, but continue to act as public enemy to the FBI (as if under cover) by eating people messages. Note he was in the movies as a character to show the FBI consulted him for advice to help keep people from being tortured. And some say the movies are based on real events, and some say they don't know, but some people researching on the Internet found the real person's (Lector character) picture in a restaurant in Italy showing the real character is real and the movie star does closely resemble him., so he might have ben settled as a informant, but there are many actors and singers that were announced dead and years later turned back up.
