I was ready to give up on my hair and go back to dark when I came across this video. I have very black hair (Asian/middle eastern hair) had bleached my hair and it was a patchy mess, orange in some sections and bright yellow in other sections. I tried the Wella T18 toner and it did nothing, I tried the T14 it was a little grayish for 4 days and went right back to same orange and yellow. Went to Sally's yesterday and bought three bottles of 7A/672. (Need 3 bottles since my hair is 26 inches long) and I love the color. No more orange and yellow, just a very pretty ash color that looks highlighted in some areas. I could not be happier! I hope more people see this, thank you Christina for posting this. I love my hair now and I was ready to chop it all of last week! You saved me.
Thank You so much! I ordered the colour a few days ago, my hair is definitely similar to yours in all over colour. I now have confidence to go ahead with it. You look amazing!
I think I used 30 developer which is always use in all my light colors hair dyes and I leave it on around 40mins give it take but eventually with this hair color it faded very fast and back to its light color
Her roots look dark and she used a 20 which lifts and deposits. Roots are also the part of the head that lighten the fastest. She did a good job on her hair here without bleach. Maybe she uses purple shampoo and another product but I don't think she would lie about bleach. Her eyebrows also don't look that dark. I don't think she is lying...

i am asian too...what colour should i use for medium ash blonde
Nice color! What is the developer 6%, 9%, 12%?
She used 20
Nice One....You from Palanan Before? watching from LA
To achieve this color you have to bleach your hair it won’t work on any brown , she had her hair bleached or lightened prior..

Ang Ganda mo sis
Salamat, sis. :)
I tryed this on my light brown roots & it turned very orange. I would not recomend.
The color was probably to light for your hair which caused it to lighten it slightly causing your hair to turn orange.
I think you would have to bleach your hair which would turn yellow/orange and then tone it back to ash blonde
Or maybe instead of toning it, you could use dark blonde box dye? If you’ve bleached your hair then toner but if it’s naturally, then box dye I assume
No every body base is the same, and other thing you could have done is dye ur root at the end, or use lower number on ur root or develop 10 or 5.
Use a 10 % developer so your roots won't lift to orange
Looks green
You gotta speak English please 😂
