Leapster Showcase #1: Learning with Leap

- EDIT 2/13/2016: Why didn't I think of this before? I consider this the premiere episode of "Leapster Showcase" where I will be playing LeapFrog Leapster games, and maybe Didj games if I can find the system. I'm going to be taking a break from V.Smile Showcase for a while, cause I have more experience with LeapFrog and their mascots, Leap, Lily and Tad.
I've decided to start covering Leapster games, since I have a lot of them, and the only way of capturing high-quality footage is with the Leapster TV, which projects Leapster games onto your television. Here is the original pack-in game that originally came with most original mark 1 Leapsters (and built-in to some as well). Leap the frog and his younger siblings, Lily and Tad explore the farm, and even Edison the firefly joins them.
Another thing, LeapFrog and Knowledge Adventure's JumpStart series share some similarities very well. In both universes, the firefly is named Edison.

I do too, I remember so little about it though. Were there different levels to the art thing, such as a desert terrain? I'm just trying to make sure I'm not getting this mixed up with another handheld in the early 2000s aswell.

My Leapster is the gray green color model and it's fun to play with it. I know a little hidden menu on the Leapster by hold the hint button when the Leapster logo is going to come on the screen to get the hidden menu which you can calibrate the stylus and it shows what firmware the Leapster is on and what cart version on the game.

This is great! I remember playing this game when I was six and I thought it was funny when I made the rabbit touch the beehive on the log over and over.

My original leapster had Rabbit River and the coloring game built in, the Leapster L Max had learning with leap built in tho

You got it mixed up. The original Leapster had Learning with Leap while Leapster L-Max has Rabbit River and Color Corral (some units have a Scooby-Doo math game inside that replaces Rabbit River)

If I were to cover more LeapFrog stuff aside from Leapster, I would change the name of the segment from Leapster Showcase into "LeapFrog Showcase". I have no idea if I will ever get a LeapTV System, the only games for it I have interest in aside from the second and third ones you mentioned are Ultimate Spider-Man, Kart Racing Supercharged and Pixar Pals Plus. Also, as it came out in 2014, I'm way out of the age range for it (as with many other stuff I've shown here before), but reviewing it be my would something I have to consider. For now, I'm looking for the "LeapFrog ClickStart" which is a plug & play toy computer game system, complete with base unit and keyboard/mouse controller and games for it.
