From Headz (A Soundtrack Of Experimental Beathead Jams), 1994, catalog number MW 026.
This is the original mix of "Stars", featuring a sample from "A Ballad For Joe (Louis)" by The Crusaders (1974). Apparently NoW could not get cleared to use the sample, so they replayed the keyboard riff sampled in this version, and re-recorded the song for Smokers Delight (1995).

Thanks man. You're probably right: Also the reason why you don't find the Mo'Wax compilations any longer: too many uncleared samples. Too bad they didn't get clearance for this one: version with sample is still the best...imho
