Saxon have reached the level of legend that is only acquired from very few bands. Their contribution to Heavy Metal is monumental and second only to black sabbath. My favorite band for ever and ever!

They never got the attention they deserve. They're overlooked by Iron Maiden and Judas Priest and other famous bands in the New Wave of British Heavy Metal scene. Just saying.

He said it was up to finding the time. I wish I would've thought to tell him his solo in this song is amongst my favorites ever by anyone.

Bought the first album on the basis of the cover alone and then found they were playing my hometown of Hartlepool a couple of weeks later. I was one of the few peeps who knew epic songs like this. It rocked!

First time I saw Saxon I was at a Motorhead show-Whisky a go go LA-small club- I was blown away and a huge fan ever since-I used to bug the radio stations but they said then never heard of them-saw them every time they came to Calif. Sometimes leaving after they played- ignoring the headliner (Iron Maiden)
the realization i hear every time i listen as i am now remainds me of the most times of happiness i yes i enjoyed all of life waiting for her essence and happiness joined with my is complete times to share together not alone?So yes i keep waiting for her.i already know its so special
This is, in my opinion, one of Saxon's 2 best songs. Perhaps one of the best recorded songs ever. In this song I think I detect some influence from Uriah Heep. And I love Bifford's singing style. He is not afraid to belt the songs out deep from his gut. As it should be.

When I was in college (2013) my history teacher introduced me to Saxon band, now I'm very grateful to her and I misses her 💜💜🎶
