Trip Report: Cloudsurfing Florence - ATC Rejects Takeoff BDL-DTW

It was a rainy day in the northeast from what was left of Hurricane Florence. We were not able to takeoff on runway 24 and ended up taking off on runway 33. As we climbed, we leveled off at the top of the cloud layer which led to some awesome cloud surfing.
