I've lived with chronic stress for years. Salt cravings, aftrn naps, lt sensitivity, previous sugar cravings, brain fog, tough waking up, ittitable, but i don't do caffeine or alcohol. Don't forget alcohol is just another form of sugar. I've had adrenal fatigue, organ collapse, chronic pain, and now a neurological syndrome. Do yourself a favor, and listen to your body and brain. Honor the early signs of betraying yourself. Leave toxic people and toxic circumstances. You don't owe them your health. Wish them well (or not) and move on to your better life. You have the right to be at peace and content if not happy. Listen to that small voice inside you. It's there to help you.
I've dealt with almost everything you mention, including the little to no caffeine or alcohol part, and I can very much relate to your situation and agree with your assessment and advice. It's easier said than done, of course, but you're spot on about listening to ourselves, doing what makes us happy and brings us peace, and discarding whatever and whomever makes our lives a living hell.
The problem is that a lot of stresses are put onto us. They don't necessarily originate from ourselves or our lifestyle . Because of that , it can be another challenge to reduce the stresses or deal with them positively . So we are probably functioning on Cortisol overload to get through life.
@@c.kainoabugado7935 I was speaking about stresses which come from situations and choices out of our control, not in our control. My diet and ways of relaxing are my choice but those other things done to me , or to those around me , or my environment , are not. You didn't read my comment properly.
@zero tolerance for Satanic Elite same to you. Lifestyle and life choices are not always what you want but still part of your life. Somehow, by foreign law, I'm American and live the lifestyle, but I don't WANT to be American. I could move, but that means giving up my country (occupied by the US military) and abandoning our natural sources (being pillaged by the US military). Knowing my family members were genocided by US military presence and staying to be oppressed by foreign laws against my will IS my choice.
Actually being around people does drain our energy, it's not just a feeling. I find staying away from this drain drives away that stress of interacting with large numbers of people during the day so many days a week>>>unnatural overload of stimuli for other's profits and personal economy
First, and very imporrant to do, you must commited to yourself. Genuinely ask yourself about will of change to be better person than before with new positive, and strong mind not dependencies with sugar craving. Just do it with your small baby step, slowly reduce the amount of sugar in your daily diet.
