    Ingredients:
    **Egg Halwa**
    Eggs: 6 medium-sized (use 8 small eggs or 5 large eggs)
    Sugar: 1 cup
    Ghee: 1 cup (or you can use ½ cup oil and ½ cup ghee)
    Milk Powder: ½ cup (or equivalent mawa, optional)
    Cardamom Powder: ½ teaspoon (optional for aroma)
    Optional flavors: Rose water or kewra water (instead of cardamom, if preferred)
    **Kaju Katli**
    Cashew nuts - 2 cups
    Sugar - 1 cupWater - 1/2 cup
    Rose water - 1 teaspoon
    Ghee - 1 teaspoon
    Edible Silver Leaf
    **Besan Halwa*
    Gram flour (from any lentil) - 1 cup
    Ghee - 1/2 cup
    Sugar - 3/4 cup
    Water - 1/4 cup
    Milk - 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup
    Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
    Saffron - 1/4 teaspoon
    Yellow food color - 1/4 teaspoon
    Chopped nuts (for garnish)
