I've been looking at recent videos of the elephant herd. I haven't seen any recent ones of Fang, is she okay? This is the most recent I could find of Fang. Last week or 2, the big Elephant herd, I asked if it was Fang's herd? I didn't get a response. Could you please fill me in to the health of Fang an her herd?

How is the matriarch of a herd identified, particularly in the larger ones? I know they’re not always in front and not always the largest one. So, what characteristics/behaviors are displayed that lets one know who the matriarch is? I’d like to hear from Ms. Debbi if possible or someone else who really knows, rather than have guesses. No offense intended, it’s just I’d really like to know.
