Christopher, same question I asked when I first started learning. It means maximum distance of club, the plus is for the elevation...max +10, +20. When it's positive it means your landing downhill so the ball will be in the air longer. When it's negative it means it's landing uphill and will have less time in the air. Keep watching the vids for every tournament and everything will just start to click. Hope this helps, good luck 👍
I played the beginners lvl 3 a little different than above and got 1st place in qualifying round 1 with a -12 I used these clubs extra mile 6 , the horizon 4, the sniper 5 , the backbone 8, and hornet 3 ,the skewer6 , the off roader 4 ,the sand lizard 6 and putter
I just want to let people know how to successfully play the game , you upgrade all clubs that are known to be decent clubs, forget certain clubs that have low guide lines unless they have high accuracy or high distance, try to avoid obtaining too many trophies, just unlock up to your 7 then start losing trophys starting at tour 1 and work your way up but keep tour 4-6 trophies full and replay those tours with full trophies, that way opponents will be easier, less trophies means easier opponents, relegating from professional back to rookie lvls 2-3 makes it even easier, I've seen people with all maxed clubs at rookie lvl 1 with low trophies just killing opponents and playdemic stated that that's not cheating nor is it unfair gameplay, let me know what you think
I haven't done that myself, but considering it with my other account that constantly loses with 989 trophies at professional 3 lvl but my clubs aren't at a professional 3 level they are just now getting to be around a rookie 3 lvl...
I just wanted to bring this to everyone's attention I have screenshots where I have spoken to support and it's like they don't care about fair gameplay only sales of balls and gems and chests and other items...
As the needle goes by the perfect spot, count to 3, One, Two, Three, and hen it gets to Three, let go of your shot. Practice this over and over, it's what all the Pros do, and it helped Me get a few Gold Banner's! Hope this helps, Good Luck!
Thanx for the tips, after I saw the playtrough rookie , I played the best golf of my life. -12 at nine holes!!!!!!
THANK YOU TOMMY!!! YOU'RE THE BEST!!!
Thanks Tommy!!! I almost slid off the fairway on #8 ... a tad too much curl LOL.. won't do that next time around.
Thanks for the support !
What does he mean by adjust by max plus ***, and how does that translate into adjusting the spot the club is aiming at for each club variant?
