I've created a Windows Update Ring and one Feature Update Ring. All updates are applying except the Feature Update. It's just not downloading? Intune portal shows "Offering". But this is like infinite. Any ideas?

The device needs to be activated? Unfortunately it's just a demo device without activation.. Any way to try this out?

Root domain is 2008 and adding ADc 2012 r2 but getting error while ADC creation.,,adprep like that type error

You need to run adprep (domainprep and forestprep) command line tool to prepare your 2008 domain for newer version of domain controller.
