Last two years I was slammed busy from October to New Years. But this year I’ve been so slow. I do live in Florida and I think because of hurricane Ian it scared all our snowbirds this year. Plus I’m sure it’s all the other things going on too.
For the 4 year old I have a recommendation, cause we had the same issue in my family. We made a calendar we put stars each morning as a reward for going into bed on time at bedtime. At the 2 week mark there’s a reward that’s not a toy ie going out for ice cream then we go through to the next two weeks for a toy.
I do have one question though. What do you think about price increases? I didn’t raise my price last year and I’m wondering if I should bother this upcoming year ?
