When I change the name of the category in the categories of service, it doesn’t change it in the table below when placing each additional service in a category. Example: I changed the preventative service to urgent care, but when I am putting in my additional services, it doesn’t give me an urgent care category, but there is still a preventive care category….and it will not let me change the names in the additional services category box

you need to update your numbers, those payroll numbers are low. Plus the income calculates out crazy low and not-profitable at all. The numbers I am getting in income are so low it doesn't work, when I calculate them manually using my ACT and working at 37% full appointments I get way way higher numbers

Thanks for reaching out! The numbers and assumptions that are in the template by default are just placeholders. As you update the assumptions, your projections will update accordingly. If you would like us to review your projections please email your file to support@projectionhub.com and we can provide some tips for you.

@@Projectionhub I changed them to try to get them to reflect an average client transaction of $250/appointment but your system doesn't use ACT and so I get $6000k revenue when I calculate a month with 37% of my appointments booked at an average of $250 per appointment I get $26,000

@@reptivet2028 I found a similar issue- the model suggests that active clients are divided by 12 months, which, on a startup you'd expect new clients with visits within that month. This model works fine once you exit the first year (assuming you've been recognized by the majority of your prospective clientele), but for the first year adjustments need to be made e.g., in year 2 I use new clients + active clients / 12 for in-month revenue projections.
