    Great tips! Married for 13 years with 4 kids and still struggle with this! Would love to see a "what I eat in a day" or a week of dinners or something like that!

    My husband started me on with reusing plates! I thought it was weird but now its how we roll too :)

    Great tips, Rebekah! I’m definitely trying more to do this...cooking supper can be such a time consuming process, and then it can be stressful when the kids need you at the same time! Cook once, eat twice can be a HUGE help! 😊

    Thanks for the tips. We keep it simple around here too and it is a huge help to the meal planning and tight budget. We also use our dishes too. Haha. I'm glad I'm not the only one!

    I love using my crockpot. Good tips. I planned out a months worth of dinners for this month... I'm hoping it will save me money and help us eat healthier. I use the same cup all day

    Recipes are so overwhelming to me. I tend to pick out my meat and then serve some kind of starch (potatoes, rice, pasta, tortillas or bread). I will either cook one veggie or add one or more to the meat dish. Tonight I'm making stewing beef in a sauce made with tomato sauce and pumpkin puree. We will eat it over pasta. I may cook green beans on the side. I would throw the beans into the sauce but my husband likes them separate.
