amy is just so cute in this cause she is just like looking at Abby and Ilana like "these were students in my theater that I started and now look at them!!" And she just looks so proud it's so cute!!
shes like a proud mom here
Kind of disappointed that no one addressed Amy with "you beautiful tropical fish".
This is one of the best Paley Centre sit downs! Normally watching your favourite actors discuss a favourite show can sometimes take away the Magic, but everyone seems so close to the their characters that it just feels like an organic extension of the show...and I normally hate audience questions but here the audience is really great!
Love em all. Love em. lovelovelovelove
Can you guys imagine broad city as a netflix original? Their time, no censorship? But maybe the charm of the show is how dirty and yet clean it is. Ah damn Iove this.
+habbogigi Watching the show uncensored on DVD is life changing.
i honestly feel like the censorship makes it funnier
I ADORE Abbi and Ilana so much and have watched way too many interviews with them (and that's not something I've never done before). But I am writing to say, I really like Seth Rogan too. What a great voice and presence. Seems like an awesome man.
Amy pohler seems really nice
Amy polher is the best
+Christopher „Chris“ Martin coz she is Ms Awesome ;)
Haha she said "buttholes clench" I always say that and people look at me so weird, I love that, this bitch understands me. Love her!
Listen to Rogen's laugh at half speed, it's fucking hilarious.
ilana be lookin like one of them middle aged crystal ladies that live in sedona and make dreamweavers for street fairs. its a look. and i dig it.
xD
Hahaha
The first ten minutes Amy has this look on her face like "Uh, hello!...Amy Poehler here!...SNL...Parks and Rec...Ring a bell?!...When is someone gonna talk to me?!"
Thankyou! That was lovely!
This was really good. Love Broad City!
i love how they’re so specific with addresses
Came here for broad city initially but 0:51:01 "snitches get stitches" amy....... I totally didn't expect her to say that. Lol
They are so talanted and real. Finaly women who are not trying to please men or anyone
Fuccccoffffff
i love ilana's laugh!
The dopest yas queens on Earth!
Ilana has to learn to fake laugh, or she'll never make it in this business! thanks for the upload :D Now I really want to see Parks and Rec/Broad City cross over :O
49:35 this girl is legitimately sweet, but the way she pumps herself up is also hilarious. "like, I'm such a saint. Christ reborn with a uterus."
Amy was so high for this interview its actually hilarious
I love the show, I love the girls....but Seth rogen is literally my kind of man.
56:28 Amy still blazes, confirmed.
But what is Amy holding in her hand the whole time?
Oh my gosh Ilana is so serious here! Weird
'like" is every 4th or 5th word, its mad.. great show
"bless you"
AH I love them all.
Haha I laughed so hard when Amy answered the question about Ilana's sexual fluidity (towards the end), having watched the episode now, and how she said she didn't want to reveal what movie the episode was based on - blue is the warmest colour - spoiler alert!!
I love them!!!
Fantastic discussion!
i kind of wish they got a female in comedy to be the moderator.
Sara Perrone stfu
Sara Perrone But Seth is so cute tho
Roy Reno Don't be rude, dude.
But they were all already on stage XD XD except Tiny Fey, missed opportunity!
But seriously...there's 4 women on the stage, and you bitch that there's ONE dude? Jeeze...kinda sexist, much? They obviously asked for Seth or approved of him...otherwise he wouldn't be there.
seth rogen is the only person who can pull off that laugh... sort of
Yes I found it a tad annoying and I like him!
It's distracting. Ugh. I wanna slap him. Sounds like a car engine that won't turn over. 🙄🖕
Abbi looks like a young Sally Field
ilanas dress is so cute
Fantastic moderator!
HOLY FKN SHIT I can't wait for season 2
TWO YEARS AGO TODAY!
They should take the food truck idea. He said they were "indemnified" from lawsuits, which sounds close enough to a "complete release," but anyway, you can't copyright an idea like that and he did not tell them in confidence in an implied contract situation. Totally legit. And would be super funny.
This is really cool.
wow seth is a great moderator!
Say like more.
I like beanie.
Honestly the 20 people who disliked this are haters. Just need to point that out!
Kimberly Fma yea yea. Every one is haters not just republicans
They all just hates seths laughs
🇺🇸
That woman who just sits there doing nothing...did she used to be in Louie?
the director? no she came from UCB
Wow the whole panel really hate Seth. Ilana, Amy & Lucia weren't really shy about it, Abbi held it together well and kept it professional. Painful to watch, can't believe no one is commenting on this.
+Lewis Bavin Sorry I think that's all in your head.
Ax-lr Okay its difficult to tell you when to look out for cos this thing is an hour long, but on lots of instances after Seth laughs, Lucia CLEARLY shoots him a dirty look and mimics his laugh.
Look at the way she is sat as well, her back towards him so hes excluded.
It starts of subtle at first but when Seth makes a joke or tries to interject with a comment, Ilana does a really fake laugh and even claps sarcastically. Towards the end its not even subtle, and she isn't doing it in a playful way shes being outright aggressive.
Right at the end after Seth discusses how his time on their was set was amazing and that they were the nicest people hes worked with, the rest of the panel are intensely uncomfortable.
Its a little more under the surface with Amy I'm only going by facial cues and tone and accept i could be wrong about her, but the others im definitely not.
+DuckFillon Sorry thats quite a lot of effort lol. Dude, its all there!
I read your comment before watching and I was looking out for subtleties the whole time but it's really all in your head. Especially with Amy and Ilana, there wasn't even any sarcastic clapping that you mentioned was so hateful towards Seth.
You're all crazy and/or blind.
These two are the funniest mothereffers on television. They bring bizarre but utterly satisfying joy to my life.
did you like flight of the conchords?
Bob Swardson broad city is more laugh at loud funny that anything on right now excluding a few insane shows on adult swim, I've only seen the first episode of flight of the conchords and yeah it's very impressive and well, the last time I felt like that was when I saw my first episode of spaced
wheelmanstan yeah i thought broad city was like the female version of flight of the conchords
Bob Swardson seems more like a female version of workaholics to me, a lot like it but from another perspective, flight of the conchords to me seems like peep show mixed with....I have no idea haha
wheelmanstan yes, its also alot like superman but the early lois and clark version but from the planet kryptonite perspective
I get what Ilana was saying about the romance in female friendships. They can really be a love story, ones that outlive all other relationships. They portray that really well on the show
I think it's nice that they got to talk about their work and their show for so long before having to address the questions about being women. Those questions are definitely still relevant and all, but I feel like it's a good sign that it's not the first thing anyone wants to talk about anymore.
Ilana seems like she's such a unique, a little crooked, combination of strong and soft qualities. I feel like she is very honest with herself, to the point that her behavior could come off as a bit maladaptive in these sorts of interviews.
nail on the head
The way they express themselves resembles their corky characters. I dig it. They're relatable funny nd real. Two thumbs UP for those sassy husstlasss
the way they pineapple express themselves
Savage reply Bob
*quirky
. . .
Right? Wait. Is 'corky' a thing?
i can't believe i just watched this whole thing lol. when i first opened the vid and saw that it was over an hour, I was like eh I'll watch part of it. but i just love these two so much! this show is BOMB
Ilana is so much more soft-spoken in real life. And holla for name checking Stella!
HEH HEH HEH HEHHH!!!!!!!!!!
The hannibal/rogen story is at 1:06:55 if anyone wanted to know
I love how Amy says her life motto with such a straight face lol
These ppl are so dope! And amy....mmmm, that's bae
Phillip McDonald bae squad.. seth rogen is like.. that lame sidekick tho
Can anyone tell me what brand blouse Abbi is wearing?? I'm in love with it. Thank you!
The 'marissa' sweater by rag & bone. =)
Maya McKenna i love you, Maya. thank you!
+L'Aurora Borealis That's the funniest comment I've ever seen on RUclips!...Oh wait...you were serious?!:)
Broad City
Wisdom Teeth Season 2 Episode 3 is the funniest thing i've ever seen**
OMG Seth Rogan's laugh is torturing me. Nails on a chalkboard.
i like his laugh, i want to see napoleon dynamite appear on broad city
EH HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH
Well cover your cover ear then, damn , he can't help it, it the way he laugh.
Agreed
Was just gonna mention that... Terrible laugh.
YAS KWEEN
Damn, Seth should be in charge of a good portion of comedy interviews for Paley, good job.
HAPPY 44TH BIRTHDAY, AMY POEHLER, A.K.A. MS. SEXY LEGS!!!
This show reminds me of Will & Grace in many ways. It just seems like the same New York City but with new characters living in the 2010s.
All I can hear is Seth's laugh...all the time lol. I feel so bad for the guy: he always sounds like an old car's exhaust kicking back XD XD XD
hey will, where is the innovation lacking? in a hollow
'LOL
' comment perhaps? huh huh huh
Genuinely laughed so hard at some points. Magnetic chemistry on the stage!
51:25, red headed woman in the front almost fell asleep...
360p?
Yeah, like... what if I was like, what if we do, like, this thing that's like.... think about it, like this way, like.... tell me, like... a secret!
I love Seth. He seems like a super great dude. Always 100 real and genuinely sweet, BUT he always sounds like he needs to cough super hard to clear his throat. LOL. He's always sounds super phlem-y when he laughs and Im always like "DUDE. COUGH" lol. Seriously though, good job on the interview. This is one hell of a panel!
I just flew accross the country and binge-watched the show on the plane. Funniest 4 hours of my life.
pure awesomeness
NGOs he is such a schmuck
What does Seth Rogen say at 52:30 ? “(something) on that shit ”
J.D. Salinger
She looking gooood in those jeans
I can't figure out the episode Amy was referring to "Ilana goes in a journey" Whaaat ¿The one with Alia? Anyways, love these 2, much love from Medellín.
Christ, the girl 49:15 just get your fucking question out, no one came to hear your life story. That aside, love stuff like this, funny, creative people sat around talking about how they started, their process etc, very interesting.
These are two of the Raddest beings we have on this planet!
My motto is ........ Where there is a Will........... There is a Jada Pinkett.
Great funny show just discovered it
This tv show is right now one my top 5 favorite comedy shows @ the moment: Veep, Louie, Broad City, Last Man on Earth, and Big Bang Theory.
Heshan Wijegunaratne get bing bang theory outta there
There needs to be a broad city and Seth Rogen movie!
"It's a great company actually!" 😄
can't believe this was already 5 years ago
When did this happen?
They shouldn't have cast someone so sexist to host the interview even if he has ties.
damn the boyfriedn at 34:01 lol
Best show after friends!
Yep, yep, yep. Love.
love these girls!!
you gals are so cool!
35:44, Woman up.
Amy the gentile
Awwww Hannibal 😂
Hi, at 20:25 or so Amy identifies the name of one of the first shows she did, but I cannot identify the name she states is so fast!
SNL
@@jjsegal1915 Thank you Jujuz Z!
53:07
at 1:16.. Amy describes an episode... does anyone know what episode she is describing?? I wanna see it!!
Jeni McLeod did you ever figure out what episode that was? I've been racking my brain for a few hrs. And can't think of it
@@hannahdandurand9922 Since this is right before S2, it sounds like the one where Ilana hooks up with her doppelganger (Alia Shawkat)/Abbi meets Kelly Ripa
ruclips.net/video/c0wOPKr4nSw/видео.htmlsi=9dXmsURsjYKaPgud They did a web series first! Amy was on there
did seth and amy acting laughing most of the time?
Oh gosh all the sentences in this video start with "Like" please learn a new vocabulary for God sake.
Almag, Faris 'Murica. agree tho
+Almag, Faris (fmag) Here's a suggestion: Try to avoid absolutes such as "all," "always," "none," and "never." Otherwise, unless what you've written is actually true, you've made an ass of yourself. PS: Not all of the sentences start with "like." When you are invited to be interviewed as part of a Paley Center panel, you can speak however you wish.
