You need to get characters with crystal/jewel skills or soul traits. There are a lot of characters now that have that skill; you can check which characters have that skill in the album by filter : increased crystal/jewel on soul traits or skills tab.

Go to Main Screen - Solo(down right) - Power Up Quest - Kon's Soul Tree Bonanza, you can get Cystal, Jewel, Hyogokyu and Hyogokyu Will there.
