Rice just a friendly advise! Removing carbs from your meal eh magko cause talaga ng ibat ibang klase ng sintomas na baka mas makasama pa sa iyo! Remember car s is pur staple food in Asia!😊 Though I am not a nutrionist nor Doctor pero may medical background ako kasi I am a Registered Nurse. This is just my recommendation sa iyo if gusto mo talagang magbawas ng carbs or maging payat or lets say healthy living. Dont remove any of the go grow glow food sources instead cut it gradually! Like if you can consume 2 cups of rice then make it 1 cup of rice. Then kapag nakapag bawas ka na at nasanay na ang tyan mo sa 1 cup pede ka na gradually magreplace ng white rice to brown rice or any carbs like pasta, couscous, wheat bread , potatoes and other sources of carbs. Dont forget to cut your sugary drinks like milk tea, soda, commercially packed fruits juices and cakes/ white breads it will turned into carbs din or ang end products ng lahat ng sweets ay carbs din! Kaya madami kang kakaibang nararamdaman kasi nga may side effects ang sudden cut ng carbs like hypoglycemia, ketu flu, muscle cramps, fatigue, constipation even diarrhea , dehydration , gastrointestinal or digestive problems and many more! Be mindful sa hypoglycemia kasi it can lead into death, loss of consciousness na mas makakasama sa iyo lalo nat physical ang trabaho mo. BTW red meat like beef or pork is not good its should be in moderation din lalo na kung may issues ka na sa uric or rayuma joint pain. Aside from that red meat can cause cancer and processed food like bacon sausage etc. Chicken lean meat is better and fish like Salmon. Rice isa lang masasabi ko sa iyo ENJOY LIFE! Araw-araw kumakain sa labas imbes na magbaon, bili ng bagong uso, at mahilig sa good time. Masaya ka nga pero sandali lang. Hindi habang buhay ay kumikita ka. Paghandaan ang katandaan lalo na kung hindi ka na bata.

But he doesn’t make sense at at all anymore He doesn’t recognize his wife and kids And can’t remember what happened a second ago. That’s dementia after a stroke and he is not likely to recover from that . This is another scenario. Why you should consider at least toning your diet down.
