Korean Instant Tteokbokki Jjajang And Original Yopokki
Yopokki is an instant tteokbokki usually placed in a cup. Tteokbokki is Korean favourite snack made of chewy rice cake which is very popular around the world. We want to try 2 flavours of yopokki, jjajang and original flavour. As we know, jjayang is a very popular noodle with sweet flavour and in black colour because of the black bean sauce.To cook the yopokki we need microwave to heat it. But we don't have microwave so we boil it in a pan. It didn't take much time to cook, only around 3 minutes. We just need to boil the tteokbokki and mix it with the sauce. For jjajang yopokki, it tastes sweet just like usual jjajangmyeon. And for the original flavour, it tastes sweet and a bit spicy.
