Hi Kim, Congratulations on getting your certificate! You can try applying, and of course they will give you a work permit in case the employer will push through your application. They prioritize people who are here, however, we never know so just try applying for a job (as you already have the certificate).

Hi, Regarding the WES, you will request for course by course report from them to be sent directly to Saskatchewan Ministry of Education. For certification in Saskatchewan, IELTS is not required. To apply for certification in Saskatchewan, you need to have an Invitation to Apply for SINP or letter of invitation from SINP or a conditional job offer. Hello, My education was outside Canada, so for the credential awardee, it's WES. And, the date ordered was the date I asked WES to assess my credentials. Since your education is from Canada, you did not go through accreditation. Probably, you can either write "not applicable" for both OR credential awardee: Humber College and Date ordered: the day you asked for your transcript from Humber College. To be sure, you can clarify this with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education.
You need to submit all the courses from your degree, and the WES will assess whether it is equivalent to Canada courses. After that, Saskatchewan Ministry of Education will see which courses from your country is equal to or related to ECE courses in Canada.
For Saskatchewan, you only need to send transcript to WES. WES will assess it course by course and they will send the report directly to the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education. No fee for Saskatchewan. Only Ontario as far as I know has a fee for certification.

Quebec is not part of the list of provinces under the labour mobility agreement. I am not sure how you can transfer that. You may want to contact the College of Early Childhood Educators to know more about it: www.college-ece.ca/applicants/how-to-apply/. As what I know, if you work as an ECE assistant in Ontario, you do not need a certificate. However, if you work as a full ECE teacher, then you need a certification for that.
