Almost our entire Thanksgiving dinner is made of recipes passed on by my grandma. My favorite stuffing is one made by my other grandma. So yummy but so simple.
My Mom used to make this awful soup every Good Friday. There was lots of vinegar and a whole onion involved. It smelled terrible and no one but her ate it. I noticed a few years ago that she stopped making it and I’ll be damned if I don’t miss the smell for some reason. 😂 Also, your fried cod looked sooooo good!
Memory: My dad would have a toast with jam and some cured meat on it; salami say, and onions. He made it once and only once for my school lunch and it stuuuuunk haha. Or cheese jam and an egg (which is my go-to) heh
Hope you feel better soon! I have noticed that the stauffers Mac and cheese is not tasting right but I’m not sure what is up with it! I know a lot of companies have been making their products in Mexico instead of the US so I don’t know if that is the issue!

I have a pork chop recipe that was my Nana's that I make maybe every 6 months or so. Always warms my soul a little.
