Valhalla - Corrupted save files and crash

This is my video description to you on what happens when my save files corrupts and game crashes.
Note how I closed the game completely and restarted my console without it resolving my issue...
Ubisoft, please help me!
I've also deleted game, save files, deleted cache, rebuild the PS5 database and reinstalled the game. Have saves on cloud backup. It still does not work.

Are you kidding me I spent over 1000 hours on that game and this is how the game treats me

So sorry this happend to you too. :(
I never bothered starting over. I had cloud save and one of those didnt say corrupted and allowed me to play for 2-10 minutes before it simply refused to let me save and it was impossible to progress. After maybe 100s of tries it finally let me save. I closed the game completely, played for 5 minutes, saved and closed again. Did this alot and then it allowed me to play trough the rest, but eventually it would always reach a point where it wouldn't save and I'd have to load back. I never bothered starting the 2nd dlc because of it...
Just ridiculous now new grace dlc and this starts, scared to play the game incase I lose everything.
This happended to me too and started after install dlc "the wrath of the druids"
The amount of people this has happened to is just ridiculous. :(
Aa man, this sux! Hope #ubisoft can fix this.
I hope so too! This has been my favorite game this year! I'd hate to start over to play the DLC. Losing this much is devastating.
This happended to me too and it happended in the begin of the game so i cant even play it normally because of it. So i have not touched the game in mlnths because of it
Every time I try to load my saved game data, it crashes with the error code ce 348797-0. I’ve tried all the ways to fix it but still doesn’t work. I had over 100 hours

I have the same problem. And after the last dlc paris, its not fixed, realy bad from ubisoft…
Really bad indeed. Apparently people have struggled with corrupted data since release. I contacted ubisoft support and they couldn't help me. They just told me to close the game and it would solve the problem, but it didn't. Then they just closed my case after 2 weeks back and forth..🤷♀️ sad
@@arctichoney with me, everything worked fine until the last dlc and everything was saved, when I entered French, then the problem with saving the game started. and while I'm playing, it throws out non-stop that it can't save the game but still a once saved file happens in load games and that saved part happens when the cutscene coming
That's so strange. Everything was fine on my game until the festival. If I save before the error shows up, it will save, but when the error start to show up non-stop the save I created earlier corrupts. :/
It happens to me too. Since this dlc i have the same problem. I play 10m then happens again, I load a previous file play another 10m and again. Ubisoft got to pack it until then its a game to put a side
I hope they manage to patch it out! Too many people are struggling with this. I was told by ubi support that they're aware of the issue and to keep an eye on their new forums or patch notes. They also recommended people on Twitter to record their issues to help narrow it down for their developers. I know my case got escalated bc I submitted this video. But I'm not sure if it will save my corrupted data or saving issues. Fingers crossed. I would very much like to wrestle rats of paris!
They still haven’t fixed it sadly
Not surprising. They said a while ago that they fixed it, but you to have to start a brand new savefile. If you started a save before the bug the issue is non-resolveble.
Bro I had gugner mijlior and exaliber and some really good armor and lost it All 😩😔
