Since you asked, "aegyo" is an action mostly popular among male idols and men in general for many years now. It's supposed to be a cute charm or just acting cute. In Korea (or in other asian countries even) the image of men changes a bit compared to the image of men in the west. It's basically normal to show physical affection to your bros and also to act cute around them. A typical situation where someone might do aegyo is: "do aegyo 3x and you get a bite of my food". The thing with I.N, the youngest, is that when skz ask of him to do it, he doesnt need to do much since he's already cute and then they get all mushy about it haha. Lately though, aegyo, seems to make newer groups cringe a bit. I guess it's because of age difference and the shift of trends. This was a LONG explanation but still I hope it makes you understand this part of the culture a little more.
