I LOVE that your videos show the actual process versus the highly edited perfect (unrealistic) videos I see that cut out all the reality of of the process. I had to laugh when you said flour is getting everywhere. That's the reality of baking! lol A great tip for keeping flour fresh is to put flour in an airtight container. I keep mine in gallon freezer baggies that can be reused. I label the contents. They store well too. Stale flour can negatively affect the rise of the bread.
