I had some kind of the opposite story. A couple years before my mother passed away she took all her gold pieces, rings, earrings and medals, and sold them in exchange for a couple of diamond earrings, really beautiful. I told her that those earrings would look amazing on her in the wedding. She totally refused, to the point to tell me that she will never wear it. Those earrings are yours, she told me. I she would never take the chance of losing one bc that would really hurt you. I didn't argue back, bc I saw that posibilily and really scared me. Apologies for my English.

And second what kind of girlfriend demands the ring of some family member?? I mean if you like it make a copy, don't have the money? That lady reminds me of my sister she one day won a huge windfall in the lottery and now she refuses to talk to any of us thinking she's better than us now basically cut off all ties to us so basically she is too a gold digger just like this lady in the story
On the first story, op you and your daughter did the right thing, Jake STOLE the ring and brought ALL of this on himself 100%. I would NOT have given him till morning, I would have told him he get the ring back to your house that night or there would be a arrest warrant for him.
had a similar situation. my grandma passed away, leaving my grandfather as her next of kin and executor of her estate. basically, anything not explicitly stated to be for a specific person was up to him to decide. furthermore, if someone gave a valid reason to break the will, my grandpa could do so at his choosing. my uncle ended up stealing my grandma's entire jewelry box. probably about $3-5k worth. the box and its contents were intended for my mother. so, my grandpa flatout said "fine. you want the jewelry, you can have it. so the $7k you were supposed to get can go to her instead. my uncle pitched a fit, saying that the money was supposed to be his. grandpa said "well the box wasn't, and you chose that instead. return it, and the money is yours. uncle, a freaking 48 year old man literally threw himself on the ground, kicking and screaming because it "wasn't fair" as he had already sold the box and everything it in for only $500. and what did he spend it on? beer. the dude is an alcoholic, to the point of going through a 32pk of bud light in a day. maybe a day and a half if he sleeps late. and yes, my uncle was always the golden boy because, and this is where it gets complex... my grandpa is my grandma's second husband. her first died a year out of the service when his car went over a bridge. my uncle and my mom are the only two of her kids that came from her first husband. and uncle is a nearly identical copy of him. or he was, until he grew the beer gut. my mom, on the other hand, was anything but the golden child, because my grandma didn't even know she was pregnant until 4 months after her husband died. 3 months of drinking herself into a stupor to numb the pain every day after work, which stopped the moment she learned she was pregnant.

Ok, shit like that makes me glad that a) my family means more to me than someone else and b) being gay really helps on not being manipulated by women. Plus if some bitch slapped me for being cheap, I am sure as hell will press charges and sue. Who's cheap now?
If I do have a wife & she passed away I would keep that same ring as close to me as possible until I get back to the same place where I met one of my wife & her family members which I'm always faithful to the end
I don't think Jake was so much in love as infatuated. Sarah seemed to have wrapped her family around her finger and she figured out she could do it with other people to get what she wanted. She developed what she is and it's like a disease it's spread to Jake. She developed what she is and it's like a disease it's spread to Jake. As he gets older he will probably regret what he did and get back with this family. The family did everything right because what he did was wrong.

It sounds as if neither the son or girlfriend were bad people until shortly before the story, and the amount of greed and drama centered around the family jewels and this one specific ring reminds me of dragon sickness... either way this whole ordeal is just sad
I think he did the ladder he that girl Twisted him around his finger and is made him into a spoiled brat just like she is and I don't think there's any way to reverse what she is done

Op you NEED to setup the safety deposit box so your daughter can get in it if anything happens to you. That is just a susgestion. Your son may come around and see of HIS bad behavior, or he is going to stay a BUTTHOLE.
On the story on the ring again, your son's girlfriend is a GOLD DIGGER 100%, if they had gotten together, she would leave him as soon as she found a rich, and will keep climbing the rich ladder, she doesn't care of the men, just the Money and Things.

Story 1: I would just disown the son and adopt a new one
honestly, i have a feeling jake would also mess up in his life and end up like his ex
I have a feeling this could have been told in like 5 minutes
It's just so selfish to keep a ring even if you know your boyfriend stole it from his DEAD MOTHER AND SISTER (and sort of dad if you think about it)
5:53 so per her logic, I really like the Minecraft Forest Village mapart, so I should take the server password and not give it to anyone else because I like it.
bro just give it back after a month or 2 cuz that girl would be bored of the ring
Jake needs to think with a different head. His EX needs a lobotomy. I wish all the best for OP, his daughter and the whole town.
If anyone has seen the Hobbit. Does anyone know for sure if the grandfather (or mother) wasn't a dragon? It sounds as if neither the son or girlfriend were bad people until shortly before the story, and the amount of greed and drama centered around the family jewels and this one specific ring reminds me of dragon sickness... either way this whole ordeal is just sad
OP's son is Gollum
I think he did the ladder he that girl Twisted him around his finger and is made him into a spoiled brat just like she is and I don't think there's any way to reverse what she is done
Wasn’t there a follow up video? Did it get taken down
Things escalated in the newer updates.
wow my parents were dating for 10 years before putting the ring on her finger
And if is your wife's ring is yours so I would have him put in jail
There’s also a secret button on the top of the anchor
that sdb will only have 2 owners the father (current) and daughter (the rightful inheritor)
Whats with people named sarah/sara. My ex was named sara and her and her entire family were abusive crazy and entitled as hell
Not gonna lie that ring sounds beautiful ok grandpa making the rest of us look bad
thats what the son gets for trying to marry gollum
The blame is also with her
You can raise a good kid, but good kids can go bad. You should raise a kid that's not gullible, and they'll be less likely to fall for that gold-digger crap
I'm a lot of things but thief is not one of them. I'd told her no to that ring and I'd say I'd get another one
Now i ain't saying she's a gold digger, but she ain't messin with no broke ni.....
Jake should be disowned
Is this the next lord of the rings film?
Sarah is so picky
Op you NEED to setup the safety deposit box so your daughter can get in it if anything happens to you. That is just a susgestion. Your son may come around and see of HIS bad behavior, or he is going to stay a BUTTHOLE.
On the story on the ring again, your son's girlfriend is a GOLD DIGGER 100%, if they had gotten together, she would leave him as soon as she found a rich, and will keep climbing the rich ladder, she doesn't care of the men, just the Money and Things.
